背景技术：
LED显示屏作为一种信息发布工具在日常生活中有着广泛应用。目前在公交车和写字楼等场所中所用到的LED显示屏，其采用的LED发光管尺寸皆为5mm，在整个显示区域内共计有16行、128列LED发光管。它只能显示一行字数不超过10个的汉字，无法实现完整信息如广告、公告、公益信息、天气预报等的内容显示，且显示方式单一，只能采用流动显示方式才能依次显示出一条完整的信息。对于观看者而言较为乏味，难以吸引其注意，因而广告宣传效果很不理想。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新的LED显示屏，它可以在相同的显示区域内显示出更多的信息，令观看者可以一眼看到一条完整的广告或信息。
为实现上述目的，该LED显示屏的显示区域内的LED发光管在横向上为256个，纵向上为48个。
所述的显示屏的显示区域由多个横向为8个，纵向亦为8个LED发光管的显示单元拼合而成。
所述的LED发光管的尺寸为3mm。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：采用上述方案后，由于LED发光管的个数增多，可以在相同的显示区域内显示更多的信息；另外，由于采用3mm的LED发光管，在相同的单位显示面积内像素大大增多，因而显示的信息更加细腻、美观、清晰度高、变化丰富，从而吸引观看者的注意，达到较佳的广告宣传效果。

见附图1所示：本实用新型的LED显示屏100的显示区域由多个横向为8个，纵向亦为8个LED发光管的显示单元10拼合而成；当然，也可不采用将多显示单元拼合的方式而直接在显示区域内密排LED发光管。但考虑到简化制造工艺和降低成本的需要，采用显示单元拼合的方式较为合理。LED发光管在显示区域内的横向上为256个，纵向上为48个，其尺寸为3mm，这样的话既可使整个LED显示屏的尺寸大小较为合适，又可完整显示出一条普通信息的全部内容，从而达到较为理想的广告宣传效果。

1.一种LED显示屏，该显示屏(100)的显示区域内密排有多个LED发光管，其特征在于：所述的LED发光管在横向上为256个，纵向上为48个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏，其特征在于：所述的显示屏(100)的显示区域由多个横向为8个，纵向亦为8个LED发光管的显示单元(10)拼合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED显示屏，其特征在于：所述的LED发光管的尺寸为3mm。
