Abstract
柴油机的柴油粗滤器，含有一个粗滤器本体，粗滤器本体的一端为骨架，骨架呈圆柱状、方柱状或异形柱状，骨架上有2至5个加强筋，在骨架上铺设过滤网，过滤网为尼龙网或金属网，过滤网与骨架注塑成一体，粗滤器本体的另一端为连接头，连接头与固定在油箱上的油箱开关座螺纹配合。省去了连接弯管，加之用尼龙网或金属网作为过滤网，减少了对柴油过滤时的阻力，过滤网的面积比过滤纸的面积大大减少，所以骨架大大缩小，结构更加紧凑，节省了材料，杜绝了过滤纸由于腐烂造成的输油管堵塞现象，保证了使用性能，工作可靠，经久耐用。

本实用新型涉及柴油机的柴油粗滤器。
背景技术：
目前，柴油机的柴油粗滤器含有一个粗滤器本体，粗滤器本体上有内螺纹，粗滤器本体上还设有骨架，皱折成筒状的过滤纸的两端粘接在骨架上，还含有一个连接弯管，连接弯管的两端分别带有螺纹，连接弯管一端的螺纹与固定在油箱上的油箱开关座配合，使连接弯管内腔与油箱开关座的内腔相通连，连接弯管另一端的螺纹与柴油粗滤器的骨架上的螺纹配合，长时间的使用之后，柴油粗滤器对柴油进行过滤的过滤纸就会腐烂，进而堵塞输油管，影响柴油机的正常工作。有时为了防止输油管的堵塞，用户在使用过程中甚至将柴油粗滤器卸下，从而影响了柴油机的使用性能，造成柴油机零部件的损坏。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工作可靠，经久耐用的柴油机的柴油粗滤器。
本实用新型的解决方案为：含有一个粗滤器本体，粗滤器本体的一端为骨架，粗滤器本体的另一端为连接头，在骨架上铺设过滤网。
骨架呈圆柱状、方柱状或异形柱状，骨架上有2至5个加强筋。
过滤网铺设在骨架的内周边上。
过滤网为尼龙网或金属网。
过滤网与骨架注塑成一体。
采用本实用新型后，骨架顶端的螺纹直接固定在油箱上的油箱开关座上，省去了连接弯管，加之用尼龙网或金属网作为过滤网，减少了对柴油过滤时的阻力，过滤网的面积比过滤纸的面积大大减少，所以骨架大大缩小，结构更加紧凑，节省了材料，杜绝了过滤纸由于腐烂造成的输油管堵塞现象，保证了使用性能，工作可靠，经久耐用。

含有一个粗滤器本体3，粗滤器本体3的一端为骨架，骨架呈圆柱状，骨架上有4个加强筋1，沿骨架内周边铺设尼龙过滤网2，尼龙过滤网2是在骨架注塑成形时将其与骨架注塑成一体的，尼龙过滤网2包容形成的空间为过油通孔5，过油通孔5与固定在油箱上的油箱开关座上的输油通孔相通连，粗滤器本体3的另一端为连接头4，连接头4上加工出外螺纹，连接头4与固定在油箱上的油箱开关座螺纹配合。

1、柴油机的柴油粗滤器，含有一个粗滤器本体，粗滤器本体的一端为骨架，其特征是粗滤器本体的另一端为连接头，在骨架上铺设过滤网。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机的柴油粗滤器，其特征是骨架呈圆柱状、方柱状或异形柱状，骨架上有2至5个加强筋。
3、根据权利要求2所述的柴油机的柴油粗滤器，其特征是过滤网铺设在骨架的内周边上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的柴油机的柴油粗滤器，其特征是过滤网为尼龙网或金属网。
5、根据权利要求4所述的柴油机的柴油粗滤器，其特征是过滤网与骨架注塑成一体。
