Abstract

本实用新型是一种卷线器单拉式结构,其中:下盖体底部一侧设置有一扇形槽,并于该扇形槽中央处固定一定位片,该定位片前端设置有一凸块,定位片前端向下盖体端弯设一角度,凸块稳固地嵌入移动于旋转基座顶面的环状导轨中,该旋转基座顶面设置有环状导轨,涡漩弹簧置入旋转基座的下方凹槽并由一隔板固定,且外部隔间层绕设传输线;伸缩端模块的电路板设置于旋转基座下方,并于底面形成数个环形接点,该电路板底面设置一功能电路板,固定端模块的功能电路板顶面凸设数个电气接点,所述电气接点与环形接点相对应接触;上盖体中间延伸出一螺孔柱,螺孔柱一侧设置有一切槽,切槽供涡漩弹簧端部固定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种卷线器单拉式结构,特别是一种可从单边拉出传输线的卷线器结构。
背景技术
习用双拉式卷线器结构常应用于连接器产品上,使用者在连结于电子产品使用时,需将连接器向两边同时施力拉出,否则置于连接器主体内的传输线线极容易因此而打结缠绕,且于使用时无法立即调整传输线长度,因此常造成使用上的不便。再者双拉式卷线器的制造成本较高,在使用上又极为不方便,因此无法有效大量推广使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可从单边拉出传输线的卷线器单拉式结构。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的,一种卷线器单拉式结构,由下盖体、定位片、旋转基座、涡漩弹簧、伸缩端模块、固定端模块及上盖体组成;其特征在于:
下盖体底部一侧设置有一扇形槽,并于该扇形槽中央处固定一定位片,该定位片前端设置有一凸块,定位片前端向下盖体端弯设一角度,凸块稳固地嵌入移动于旋转基座顶面的环状导轨中,该旋转基座顶面设置有环状导轨,涡漩弹簧置入旋转基座的下方凹槽并由一隔板固定,且外部隔间层绕设传输线;伸缩端模块的电路板设置于旋转基座下方,并于底面形成数个环形接点,该电路板底面设置一功能电路板,固定端模块的功能电路板顶面凸设数个电气接点,所述电气接点与环形接点相对应接触;上盖体中间延伸出一螺孔柱,螺孔柱一侧设置有一切槽,切槽供涡漩弹簧端部固定,并通过螺丝锁固于螺孔柱使定位片、旋转基座、涡漩弹簧、伸缩端模块、固定端模块固定于上盖体上。
本实用新型具有以下技术效果:
1)可同时将伸缩端模块及固定端模块设置于一体,并藉由结构设计使伸缩端模块的功能传输线得以收纳于旋转基座所形成的隔间层内,于使用时只需单边拉出,不会有传输线打结缠绕的疑虑。
2)本实用新型可供使用者于使用中随时调整功能传输线的长度,且不会影响读取装置的存取或播放。
3)本实用新型具有结构简单、操作容易且使用寿命长等优点。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2所示的本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的分解示意图及立体示意图,本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构100由下盖体1、定位片2、旋转基座3、涡漩弹簧4、伸缩端模块5、固定端模块7及上盖体8组成;其中该伸缩端模块5由电路板51、及传输线53组成;固定端模块7由功能电路板71及讯号传输线73组成;其中下盖体1中央设置一透孔11,该下盖体底部一侧设置有一扇形槽,该扇形槽中央处固定一定位片2,而该定位片2可活动于扇形槽中,且定位片2前端设置有一凸块21,由于该定位片2前端向下盖体1端弯设一角度,故使该凸块21可更稳固的嵌入移动于旋转基座3顶面的环状导轨31中,该旋转基座3中央设置一透孔32,并于顶面设置有环状导轨31,而下方凹槽可供涡漩弹簧4定位设置,将涡漩弹簧4置入旋转基座后,可再结合一隔板34固定,且外部隔间层33供传输线53绕设;该电路板51设置于旋转基座3下方,并于中央设置有一透孔511,该电路板51与传输线53相连接,该电路板51底面可形成四个环形接点512,该电路板51底面可设置功能电路板71,而该功能电路板71中央设置有一透孔711及四固定孔713,其顶面凸设有数个电气接点712,使该电气接点712可与环形接点512相对应接触,使讯号可于两电路板间传输;该上盖体8中间处可延伸出一螺孔柱81,该螺孔柱81一侧设置有一切槽811,该切槽811可供涡漩弹簧4端部固定,而上盖体8四端部可设置四凸柱85,该凸柱85则可供功能电路板71的固定孔713嵌入固定,藉由螺丝92锁固于螺孔柱81使定位片2、旋转基座3、涡漩弹簧4、伸缩端模块5、固定端模块7得以固定于上盖体8上,再藉由上、下盖体8、1两侧的凸柱13、82及凹孔83对应结合后,即可形成一卷线器单拉式结构100。
请参阅图3及图4所示的本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的第一实施例分解示意图及立体示意图,由图中可知,本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构100由下盖体1、定位片2、旋转基座3、涡漩弹簧4、耳机模块5a、USB模块7a及上盖体8组成;其中耳机模块5a由耳机电路板51a、及耳机传输线53a组成;而该USB模块7a由功能电路板71、USB连接器72及讯号传输线73组成;其中该下盖体1中央设置一透孔11,该下盖体底部一侧设置一扇形槽,该扇形槽中央处固定有一定位片2,定位片2可活动于扇形槽中,且该定位片2前端设置有一凸块21,由于该定位片2前端向下盖体1端弯设一角度,故使该凸块21可更稳固的嵌入移动于旋转基座3顶面的环状导轨31中,该旋转基座3中央设置有一透孔32,并于顶面设置有环状导轨31,而下方凹槽则可供涡漩弹簧4定位设置,将涡漩弹簧4置入旋转基座后,可再结合一隔板34固定,且外部隔间层33可供耳机传输线53a绕设;该耳机电路板51a设置于旋转基座3下方,并于中央设置有一透孔511,该耳机电路板51a与耳机传输线53a相连接,该耳机电路板51a底面形成四个环形接点512,该耳机电路板51a底面可设置功能电路板71,而该功能电路板71中央设置一透孔711及四固定孔713,其顶面凸设有数个电气接点712,使该电气接点712可与环形接点512相对应接触,使讯号可于两电路板间传输;该上盖体8中间处可延伸出一螺孔柱81,该螺孔柱81一侧设置有一切槽811,该切槽811可供涡漩弹簧4端部固定,而上盖体8四端部可设置四凸柱85,该凸柱85则可供功能电路板71的固定孔713嵌入固定,藉由螺丝92锁固于螺孔柱81使定位片2、旋转基座3、涡漩弹簧4、耳机模块5a、USB模块7a得以固定于上盖体8上,再藉由上、下盖体8、1两侧的凸柱13、82及凹孔83对应结合后,即可形成一卷线器单拉式结构100。
请参阅图5所示的本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的第一实施例应用示意图,由图中可知,本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构100的固定端为一讯号连接器72,并可将讯号连接器72插入于计算机61的讯号连接孔中来存取资料;而伸缩端可为一耳机52,该耳机52可从卷线器中拉出,以提供使用者藉由耳机52收听计算机61所输出的音频信号。
请参阅图6所示的本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的第二实施例应用示意图,由图中可知,本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构100的固定端为一讯号连接器72a,并可将讯号连接器72a插入于行动电话62的连接孔中来读取音源讯号;而伸缩端为一耳机52,该耳机52可从卷线器中拉出,以提供使用者藉由耳机52收听行动电话62所输出的音源讯号。
请参阅图7所示的本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的第三实施例应用示意图,由图中可知,本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构100的固定端及伸缩端皆可设置为USB连接器72,并藉由两个USB连接器来与电子产品连接,达成讯号传输的目的。
下面将本实用新型与传统的具有播放MP3音乐的随身碟进行比较:
传统技术:
1、双拉式卷线器产品于传输线拉出时需向两边同时施力拉出,否则置于主体内的传输线线极容易因此而打结缠绕。
2、双拉式卷线器产品于使用时无法立即调整传输线长度。
3、双拉式卷线器的制造成本较高,在使用上又极为不方便,因此无法有效大量推广使用。
本实用新型:
1、本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构可同时将伸缩端模块及固定端模块设置于一体,并藉由结构设计使伸缩端模块的功能传输线得以收纳于旋转基座所形成的隔间层内,于使用时只需单边拉出,不会有传输线打结缠绕的疑虑。
2、本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构可供使用者于使用中随时调整耳机传输线的长度,且不会影响读取装置的存取或播放。
3、本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构的固定端及伸缩端可设置各种输出组件(如:耳机、USB连接器、讯号连接器等),以搭配各式电子产品(如:计算机、行动电话)使用。
4、本实用新型卷线器单拉式结构具有结构简单、操作容易且使用寿命长等优点。

Claims (9)

1、一种卷线器单拉式结构,由下盖体、定位片、旋转基座、涡漩弹簧、伸缩端模块、固定端模块及上盖体组成;其特征在于:
下盖体底部一侧设置有一扇形槽,并于该扇形槽中央处固定一定位片,该定位片前端设置有一凸块,定位片前端向下盖体端弯设一角度,凸块稳固地嵌入移动于旋转基座顶面的环状导轨中,该旋转基座顶面设置有环状导轨,涡漩弹簧置入旋转基座的下方凹槽并由一隔板固定,且外部隔间层绕设传输线;伸缩端模块的电路板设置于旋转基座下方,并于底面形成数个环形接点,该电路板底面设置一功能电路板,固定端模块的功能电路板顶面凸设数个电气接点,所述电气接点与环形接点相对应接触;上盖体中间延伸出一螺孔柱,螺孔柱一侧设置有一切槽,切槽供涡漩弹簧端部固定,并通过螺丝锁固于螺孔柱使定位片、旋转基座、涡漩弹簧、伸缩端模块、固定端模块固定于上盖体上。
2、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,伸缩端模块为一耳机模块,该耳机模块由耳机电路板、耳机及耳机传输线组成,耳机传输线一端为耳机电路板,另一端为耳机。
3、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,固定端模块为一USB模块,该USB模块由功能电路板、USB连接器及讯号传输线组成,该讯号传输线一端为功能电路板,另一端为USB连接器。
4、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,固定端模块为一讯号传输模块,该讯号传输模块由功能电路板、讯号连接器及讯号传输线组成,该讯号传输线一端为功能电路板,另一端为讯号连接器。
5、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,伸缩端模块及固定端模块皆为USB模块。
6、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,定位片位于扇形槽中。
7、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,下盖体、旋转基座、电路板及功能电路板中央设置一透孔,供上盖体上的螺孔柱穿过,并通过螺丝将其锁固成一体。
8、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,上盖体四端部设置四凸柱,该凸柱供功能电路板的固定孔嵌入固定。
9、如权利要求1所述的卷线器单拉式结构,其特征在于,上、下盖体通过两侧的凸柱及凹孔对应结合,以形成一卷线器主体。
