本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种与泵配合使用以便在一定时间内给予患者精确药液量的胰岛素泵专用复合软管。
背景技术
目前在医疗领域中将那些有益药剂收集、加工和贮存容器中,然后运输并最终经过软管输送到患者体内以实现给药治疗的领域,近年来趋向于开发一类能克服目前所用如聚氯乙烯之类材料的缺点的用于制造这种容器以及软管的用材,此类新医用软管材料必须具备有独特的性能组合,以便使该软管可以用在流体给药器械中并配合医疗灌注泵使用,例如强化治疗糖尿病及并发症用的胰岛素泵充注软管,该充注软管由于采用单层管体结构,不具有足够的弹性和挠性,因此在使用中容易出现打折,由此导致药液不能通畅灌注,这样不仅对影响治疗效果,而且还给患者带来诸多麻烦和痛苦。

本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种可提高弹性和挠性并与泵配合使用以便在一定时间内给予患者精确药液量的胰岛素泵专用复合软管。

本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本实用新型在普通医用软管的单层管壁上又制有一聚氨酯材料制的缓冲层,这样可充分利用聚乙烯材料具有的支撑特性和聚氨酯材料具有的柔软特性来祢补单层管壁医用软管容易打折的缺陷,以便提高医用软管的挠性以及抗折性,该胰岛素泵专用复合软管与胰岛素泵配合使用,通过细小管路向人体24小时精确的输入胰岛素药液,可避免由于患者变换各种姿势或不小心碰撞了灌注软管而导致其打折并造成软管通路不畅或阻塞,为患者使用胰岛素泵进行治疗也提供了方便。
