Abstract

具有加热功能的玻璃钢管,它涉及一种玻璃钢管。本实用新型的目的是为解决已有技术采用金属管线进行点加热或用电热带(或热水管)附在整个管线外部进行伴热,存在的始点温度过高、沿线热损失大、能耗大、钢管不耐腐蚀的问题。本实用新型由玻璃钢内衬层1、碳纤维层2、玻璃钢结构层3组成;玻璃钢内衬层1的外层面与碳纤维层2的内层面连接为一体,碳纤维层2的外层面与玻璃钢结构层3的内层面连接为一体。本实用新型的碳纤维层2的碳纤维通电后可对玻璃钢管内的介质进行加热。本实用新型具有管体结构强度高、管体整体加热、管线加热均匀、热效率高、能耗低、保温性能好、管体内表面光滑、耐腐蚀的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种玻璃钢管。
背景技术
目前,石油化工等领域输送某些介质如原油等,为防止管线结蜡或防止管线结冻,需要加热被输送的介质。现行的方法是采用金属管线进行点加热或用电热带(或热水管)附在整个管线外部进行伴热,存在始点温度过高、沿线热损失大、能耗大、钢管不耐腐蚀等缺点。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是为解决已有技术采用金属管线进行点加热或用电热带(或热水管)附在整个管线外部进行伴热,存在的始点温度过高、沿线热损失大、能耗大、钢管不耐腐蚀的问题,提供一种具有加热功能的玻璃钢管。本实用新型具有管体结构强度高、管体整体加热、管线加热均匀、热效率高、能耗低、保温性能好、耐腐蚀的特点。本实用新型包含玻璃钢内衬层1、玻璃钢结构层3,它还包含碳纤维层2;玻璃钢内衬层1的外层面与碳纤维层2的内层面连接为一体,碳纤维层2的外层面与玻璃钢结构层3的内层面连接为一体。本实用新型的制作方法是:将浸过绝缘树脂的玻璃纤维或玻璃纤维毡缠绕在玻璃钢管模具上,形成玻璃钢内衬层1,再将浸过绝缘树脂的碳纤维设置在玻璃钢内衬层1的外表面上,形成碳纤维层2,在碳纤维层2的外表面上再缠绕浸过绝缘树脂的玻璃纤维使之形成玻璃钢结构层3,经固化、脱模即成。本实用新型的玻璃钢内衬层1具有很好的防腐、防渗、绝缘和耐热性能;碳纤维层2的碳纤维束通电后可对玻璃钢管内的介质进行加热,即可保证管内的介质不结蜡、不结冻;玻璃钢结构层3具有很好的结构强度和电绝缘性能及保温性能,以保证整个玻璃钢管的正常工作。本实用新型具有管体结构强度高、管体整体加热、管线加热均匀、热效率高、能耗低、保温性能好、管体内表面光滑、耐腐蚀的优点。

具体实施方式:
具体实施方式一:(参见图1)本实施方式由玻璃钢内衬层1、碳纤维层2、玻璃钢结构层3组成;玻璃钢内衬层1的外层面与碳纤维层2的内层面连接为一体,碳纤维层2的外层面与玻璃钢结构层3的内层面连接为一体。本实施方式的制作方法是:将浸过绝缘树脂的玻璃纤维或玻璃纤维毡缠绕在玻璃钢管模具上,形成玻璃钢内衬层1,再将浸过绝缘树脂的碳纤维设置在玻璃钢内衬层1的外表面上,形成碳纤维层2,在碳纤维层2的外表面上再缠绕浸过绝缘树脂的玻璃纤维使之形成玻璃钢结构层3,经固化、脱模即成。本实施方式的碳纤维层2由一束1~48K的碳纤维束4浸过绝缘树脂后呈螺旋状固定(缠绕)在玻璃钢内衬层1及玻璃钢结构层3之间,碳纤维束4的一端4-1与插座5相连接,碳纤维束4的另一端4-2与另一个插座6相连接,碳纤维束和插座相导通用于接通加热电源。
具体实施方式二:(参见图2)本实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同点在于,碳纤维层2由两束1~48K浸过绝缘树脂的碳纤维束4呈螺旋状、等距离地固定(缠绕)在玻璃钢内衬层1及玻璃钢结构层3之间,两束碳纤维束4的一端4-1相互连接为一体,两束碳纤维束4的另一端4-2与双极插座8相连接,碳纤维束和插座相导通用于接通加热电源。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:(参见图3)本实施方式与具体实施方式一或二的不同点在于,碳纤维层2由浸过绝缘树脂的1~48K的碳纤维束4与玻璃钢内衬层1轴向相同地铺放在玻璃钢内衬层1及玻璃钢结构层3之间,碳纤维束4的一端4-1固定有导电箍7,导电箍7与插座5相连接,碳纤维束4的另一端4-2固定有另一个导电箍9,另一个导电箍9与另一个插座6相连接,导电箍分别与碳纤维束和插座相导通用于接通加热电源。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一或二相同。

Claims (4)

1、一种具有加热功能的玻璃钢管,它包含玻璃钢内衬层(1)、玻璃钢结构层(3),其特征在于它还包含碳纤维层(2);玻璃钢内衬层(1)的外层面与碳纤维层(2)的内层面连接为一体,碳纤维层(2)的外层面与玻璃钢结构层(3)的内层面连接为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的玻璃钢管,其特征在于碳纤维层(2)由一束1~48K的碳纤维束(4)浸过绝缘树脂后呈螺旋状固定在玻璃钢内衬层(1)及玻璃钢结构层(3)之间,碳纤维束(4)的一端(4-1)与插座(5)相连接,碳纤维束(4)的另一端(4-2)与另一个插座(6)相连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的玻璃钢管,其特征在于碳纤维层(2)由两束1~48K浸过绝缘树脂的碳纤维束(4)呈螺旋状、等距离地固定在玻璃钢内衬层(1)及玻璃钢结构层(3)之间,两束碳纤维束(4)的一端(4-1)相互连接为一体,两束碳纤维束(4)的另一端(4-2)与双极插座(8)相连接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的玻璃钢管,其特征在于碳纤维层(2)由浸过绝缘树脂的1~48K的碳纤维束(4)与玻璃钢内衬层(1)轴向相同地铺放在玻璃钢内衬层(1)及玻璃钢结构层(3)之间,碳纤维束(4)的一端(4-1)固定有导电箍(7),导电箍(7)与插座(5)相连接,碳纤维束(4)的另一端(4-2)固定有另一个导电箍(9),另一个导电箍(9)与另一个插座(6)相连接。
