Abstract

一种便携式电子装置保护套，包括一装设电子装置的套体，所述套体上凸设一环形件，所述保护套还包括一可与所述环形件转动配合的固定件，所述固定件内设有若干定位部，所述环形件内收容一弹性件，所述定位部与弹性件之间设有一可定位于所述定位部内的定位件，本便携式电子装置保护套可将电子装置以不同角度悬挂于使用者腰间。

便携式电子装置保护套
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种便携式电子装置保护套，尤指一种可悬挂于腰带上的手机、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant，PDA)等便携式装置保护套。
【背景技术】
手机、个人数字助理等便携式电子装置的体积变得越来越小，用户大多将其置于一保护套中，然后将其系在腰带上或以其它的方式放置在身上，以便于携带。
例如目前多数人将手机放于一保护套中，而后将其系在腰带上，由于这种保护套系在腰带上后不可转动，当用户坐下时，放在保护套中的手机往往抵在用户的身体上，使用户感到不便。
其中一种行动电话皮套结构，包括一结合于皮套上的椭圆扣块及一由上盖板、底片及夹片组合而成的扣合体，椭圆扣块后方以一颈部与结合于皮套上的固定片结合；上盖板、底片及夹片间由螺合或铆合形成一体，夹片与底片之间形成可供扣合腰带的夹合部，而上盖板后壁面以一倾斜挡墙形成一上段直套槽与下段圆环槽；将皮套之椭圆扣块的短边由直套槽上方滑入，而当滑入至直套槽底部的圆环槽时，使皮套转动一适当角度，而可由圆环槽外围之挡环限制椭圆扣块无法通过上方直套槽滑脱。此种结构中当装有行动电话的皮套安装到固定在腰带上的扣合体中后，该皮套不可相对扣合体转动，则固定在腰带上的行动电话往往会造成用户行动上的不便。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种固定在腰带上并可相对转动以适应人体不同活动状态的便携式电子装置保护套。
以下列举本实用新型较佳实施例说明，一种便携式电子装置保护套，包括一装设电子装置的套体，所述套体上凸设一环形件，所述保护套还包括一可与所述环形件转动配合的固定件，所述固定件内设有若干定位部，所述环形件内收容一弹性件，所述定位部与弹性件之间设有一可定位于所述定位部内的定位件。
相较现有技术，所述的便携式电子装置保护套可相对转动并定位于不同角度，用户携带后可以适应人体不同活动状态。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2，本实用新型便携式电子装置保护套用以装设一电子装置，本实施例中该电子装置为一个人数位助理10，该便携式电子装置保护套的较佳实施例包括一套体20、一固定件30及一卡夹40。
套体20包括一后板21，后板21两相对边缘弯折延伸形成两侧板22，后板21下边缘弯折延伸形成一底板24，后板21的上边缘弹性枢接一盖板25，后板21、底板24、盖板25及两侧板22共同形成一容置空间以收容个人数字助理10。后板21的中间位置向外凸设一环形件23，环形件23中部竖直开设一长形收容槽231，该收容槽231两侧分别设有一固定孔233，环形件23下端设有一止挡肋板26。
固定件30上部两侧各向外凸设一凸耳36，凸耳36上分别设有一枢孔361，固定件30下部设有一大致呈圆形的开口31，该开口31上半周边缘形成若干定位部33，定位部33包括一凸起部331及一凹陷部333，在本实施例中，该定位部33为若干弧形相连的棘齿。该固定件30中部还开设一与开口31顶端一定位部33贯通的开槽35。
卡夹40对应固定件30的孔361设有一对孔401，卡夹40内侧设有一柱体405。
一V字形簧片44包括一第一片体441及一第二片体443，第一片体441及第二片体443的下端相连，第一片体441上设有一圆孔445。
一盖体50上对应该套体20上的固定孔233设有两个固定柱53。
请参阅图1及图3，组装时，将固定件30的开口31套在套体20的环形件23上，一弹性元件60(如一弹簧)收容于套体20的收容槽231内，一定位件70容置于弹性元件60顶端与定位部33的凹陷部333之间。本实施例中，该定位件70为一钢珠，使用时，该钢珠70可减小与固定件30之间的磨损，延长使用寿命。而后盖体50通过其上的固定柱53穿过开口31而固定在固定孔233中，从而将固定件30固定在套体20上，防止固定件30脱落。
将卡夹40的柱体405穿过簧片44的第一片体441上的圆孔445，从而将簧片44固定在卡夹40上，而后将簧片44的第二片体443抵在固定件30上，稍稍压缩簧片44并使卡夹40的孔401与固定件30的孔361对齐，一轴37穿过孔401、361，从而将卡夹40固定在固定件30上。卡夹40绕轴37转动并压缩簧片44，可将卡夹40夹持在腰间腰带上，从而将套体20装置于腰带上。
当需要调节装于套体20中的个人数字助理10的位置时，转动套体20则套体20中弹性元件60顶端的钢珠70在开口31的定位部311中转动，环形件23的外表面相对开口31内表面转动。转动过程中，当定位部33的凸起部331挤压钢珠70时，弹性元件60弹性变形回缩，使钢珠70可从一定位部33的凹陷部333滚动到相邻的另一凹陷部333内，同时弹性元件60弹性变形恢复，从而使钢珠70定位于该定位部33内。如此往复，可将套体20定位在固定件30上的不同位置处，以满足人体活动时将腰间的个人数字助理10置于不同角度的需要。
请参阅图4，当个人数字助理10在固定件30上转动的角度较大时，套体20上的止挡肋板214与固定件30相抵，从而阻挡个人数字助理10进一步转动，防止个人数字助理10倒置而从套体20中滑出。
在本实用新型便携式电子装置保护套中该环形件23的外表面与开口31的内表面还可以为其他的旋转体表面形状，如锥台形。

Claims (10)

1.一种便携式电子装置保护套，包括一装设电子装置的套体，所述套体上凸设一环形件，所述保护套还包括一可与所述环形件转动配合的固定件，其特征在于：所述固定件内设有若干定位部，所述环形件内收容一弹性件，所述定位部与弹性件之间设有一可定位于所述定位部内的定位件。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述固定件设有一开口，所述环形件套设于所述开口中。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述定位部在所述开口内表面形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述定位部包括一凸起部及一凹陷部。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述定位件收容于所述定位部的凹陷部内。
6.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述定位部为若干弧形相连的棘齿。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述弹性件为一弹簧。
8.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述定位件为一钢珠。
9.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述便携式电子装置保护套还包括一枢转固定在固定件上的卡夹，卡夹与套体间设置一簧片。
10.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置保护套，其特征在于：所述套体环形件下部设有一止挡肋板。
