本实用新型涉及一种工业厂房的屋面天窗挡风板支架结构。
技术背景:
为了更好地组织通风和排气,避免气流倒灌,工业厂房的屋面通常需要设置天窗挡风板。挡风板一般采用波形石棉瓦、压型钢板等轻质材料。挡风板支架有支承式和悬挂式两种。支承式的立柱下端支承于屋盖上,上端用横杆与天窗相连,杆件少,用钢省;但立柱与屋盖连接处的防水处理复杂,处理不当容易漏水。悬挂式挡风板支架则由连接于天窗架侧柱的杆件组成,挡风板荷载全部传给天窗侧柱;但天窗侧柱负担重,并且很难使挡风板支架完全固接于天窗侧柱。对于悬挂式挡风板支架体系,当挡风板支架上弦和下弦为可变体系时,竖杆间的垂直支撑对于挡风板支架体系稳定没有帮助,相反增加了体系的重量。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:在现有悬挂式挡风板支架体系上增加一斜面支撑,以增加挡风架的稳定性,从而增加整个体系的抗荷载能力。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括天窗架(1),挡风架(2),垂直支撑(3),墙梁(4),斜拉杆(5),斜面支撑(6),挡风板立柱(7);挡风架(2)固定连接在天窗架(1)上,挡风架(2)的正面固定有垂直支撑(3),其顶边、底边为墙梁(4),挡风板(8)连接在挡风板立柱(7)上,挡风架(2)的两侧面对角连接斜拉杆(5),斜面支撑(6)连接在斜拉杆(5)上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有结构稳定,抗荷载能力大等优点。由于增加了斜面支撑(6),使挡风架的稳定性大大提高,从而提高了整个体系的稳定性。
