【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种按钮装置,特别是关于一种装设在电子装置面板上的按钮装置。
【技术背景】
在电子装置面板上,一般都会设置若干按键,用来供使用者按压,从而控制电源开关或其它功能选择开关。这种按键通常必须配合电源开关或功能选择开关的位置而装置,这些电源开关或功能选择开关直接装置于电子装置的前板,并通过电线将其与主机板相连,从而实现控制电源及电子装置系统功能的设置。由于面板覆盖于前板上,面板上的按键在受到使用者的按压后,可触动前板上电源开关或功能选择开关,从而实现电源的开关或对电子装置系统功能的设置。
现有的按键装置有多种,如中国台湾专利申请第82202918号,其揭示的电脑面板按钮结构,包括一按钮本体,一弹簧及一电子开关元件,该面板上开设一容置槽,其中部组配一电子开关元件,按钮本体可穿卡于电脑面板容置槽内,弹簧一端顶靠在按钮本体下方,另一端套设于该面板的容置槽的定位柱上,按钮本体下方预设一与电脑面板上电子开关元件对应的触压座,下压按钮本体即可令弹簧向下位移并使触压座触压电子开关元件从而执行电子传输指令。现有的按键装置大多基于此种原理进行改进,可达到同种功效,但其均具有共同的缺点,即按键装置各功能元件均需单独设置,不仅增加了产品的制造成本,且组装过程繁琐不便,降低了生产效率。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装设于电子面板上的结构简单的按钮装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的:本实用新型按钮装置,包括一固定于电子装置面板上的本体、一按键部及一弹性部,所述弹性部与所述按键部相连接,所述按键部底部具有一抵顶部。
本实用新型的优点在于所述按键的各功能元件如按键部、弹性部及抵顶部均一体成型,节约了生产成本并提高了组装效率。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3,本实用新型按钮装置包括一本体11,所述本体11呈长条形,其中部并列形成若干圆形通孔13,其一侧开设若干固定孔16。所述本体11自所述通孔13边缘处垂直向上延伸一螺旋形弹性部15,所述弹性部15末端连接一按键部17,所述按键部17为圆筒形,其底部凸伸一抵顶部19,所述抵顶部19可穿过所述本体11中部的通孔13并与电子装置的电源开关或功能选择开关相抵接,且所述本体11、弹性部15、按键部17及抵顶部19均为一体成型。
将上述按钮装置安装到一电子装置的面板30上,所述面板30对应上述按钮装置开设若干开孔31,用来使所述按键部17外露,所述面板内侧对应所述本体11上的固定孔16设有若干固定部33,所述按钮装置可通过一锁固件(图未示)固定于所述面板30上。
请参阅图4,其为所述按钮装置的另一实施例,与上述实施例相比,其不同之处在于:所述弹性部15′为自所述按键部17′末端延伸形成的具弹性挠度的若干弧形肋条,且每两个弧形肋条形成八字形。
其中,所述面板的开孔直径略大于所述按键部17′的直径,但又小于所述弹性部15′所围成的最大直径,使用时,所述按钮可卡固于所述本体11′与所述面板之间。

Claims (7)

1.一种按钮装置,包括一固定于电子装置面板上的本体、一按键部及一弹性部,其特征在于:所述弹性部与所述按键部相连接,所述按键部底部具有一抵顶部。
2.如权利要求1所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部呈螺旋形。
3.如权利要求1所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部为自所述按键部末端延伸形成的若干弧形肋条,且每两弧形肋条形成八字形。
4.如权利要求1所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述按键部呈圆筒形。
5.如权利要求2或4任何一项所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述抵顶部由所述按键部底部一体延伸形成,且所述按键部、弹性部及所述本体为一体成型。
6.如权利要求5所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述本体上对应所述抵顶部开设一通孔,所述螺旋形弹性部是从所述通孔边缘向外延伸形成。
7.如权利要求6所述的按钮装置,其特征在于:所述本体一侧开设若干固定孔。
