技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种在冶金烧结机大烟道、电除尘器、布袋除尘器、旋风除尘器等负压除尘装置，以及其它干式环保负压除尘设备中所使用的密封性双层卸灰阀。
背景技术
现有冶金烧结机大烟道及环保负压干式除尘装置中所使用的卸灰阀，如中国专利ZL03251527.8所公开的卸灰阀，因其结构上的原因，密封性能不强，导致整个设备漏风，运行成本高的缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种密封性能好，运行成本低的双层卸灰阀。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的，
双层卸灰阀，包括上、下卸灰阀和驱动装置，所述的驱动装置分别控制上、下卸灰阀的开闭，所述的上下卸灰阀由阀体、阀座和阀盖构成，所述的驱动装置由电机、减速机、曲柄连杆及重锤构成，其关键在于所述的阀盖与曲柄连杆以活动连接。
所述的阀盖与曲柄连杆以球铰连接。
本实用新型的阀盖与曲柄连杆以球铰连接，能自觉地校正阀盖、阀座对中，提高整机气密性能。

具体实施方式
根据附图，一种双层卸灰阀，由上、下阀体和驱动装置构成，上、下卸灰阀焊接为一整体；所述的上、下卸灰阀均由阀体1、阀座2和阀盖3构成；所述的驱动装置由电机、减速机、曲柄连杆4及重锤5构成，减速机上的曲柄转动，带动上、下曲柄连杆交替摆动，拉动上、下喉口处阀盖3交互启闭，常态下重锤5使阀盖3处于关闭状态；所述的阀盖3与曲柄连杆4以球铰6连接，能自觉地校正阀盖3、阀座2对中，提高整机气密性能。

1、双层卸灰阀，包括上、下卸灰阀和驱动装置，所述的驱动装置分别控制上、下卸灰阀的开闭，所述的上下卸灰阀由阀体(1)、阀座(2)和阀盖(3)构成，所述的驱动装置由电机、减速机、曲柄连杆(4)及重锤(5)构成，其特征在于：所述的阀盖(3)与曲柄连杆(4)活动连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀，其特征在于：所述的阀盖(3)与曲柄连杆(4)以球铰(6)连接。
