本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
我国目前电动牵引用运搬车、叉子车的直流动力电源,是采用开口式铅酸蓄电池作为电源,它的主要缺点是使用寿命短、比能量低、自放电大、对空气造成污染、有毒有害气体对操作人员危险较大、对设备造成腐蚀、运输不方便、使用维修工作量大、维修费用高;它在结构上的缺点是:板栅采用铅锑合金材料,因此自放电较大;隔板材料不吸水;没有气体贮藏室,全部挥发于空气中;外壳没有调节阀。
由于运搬车、叉子车在货场、车站、港口码头、机场、仓库等特殊环境中使用,运搬货物数量(吨位)和使用工作时间长短均难以掌握,且突击任务多,因此对运搬车、叉子车的蓄电池要求具有容量大、放电时间长、放电电流保持平衡、使用操作方便、安全性能好等特点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有体积小、无需维护的免维护电池。
本实用新型的技术方案是:免维护电池,其特征在于:包括一壳体,壳体上端设有正、负极接线柱,壳体内并排集依次交错排有吸水隔板、负极板和正极板,所述各负极板串联在一起与负极接线柱相连,所述各正极板串联在一起与正极接线柱相连;壳体上部设有防尘盖,所述防尘盖上对应负极接线柱和正极接线柱设有接线孔。
本实用新型的特点是免维护电池性能可靠,可在任意位置放置;具有体积小、重量轻、比能量高、无需维护、使用方便等特点,且自放电小、使用寿命长;正常操作使用时比开口式铅酸电池寿命长一倍;可在-30℃条件下能正常使用;无需加硫酸和蒸馏水,没有有害有毒气体产生,对大气没有污染。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,免维护电池,它包括一壳体4,壳体上端设有正极接线柱5、负极接线柱7,壳体内并排依次交错排有吸水隔板1、负极板2和正极板3,所述各负极板串联在一起与负极接线柱相连,所述各正极板串联在一起与正极接线柱相连。
壳体上部设有防尘盖8,所述防尘盖上对应负极接线柱和正极接线柱设有接线孔9,在对应把手处设有把手孔10,在壳体上端面两对边上设有把手6。
