本实用新型为蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑,涉及一种煅烧块状散料的蓄热式煅烧竖窑。本实用新型解决现有蓄热式煅烧竖窑窑膛截面尺寸增大后,在窑膛与通道的拐角处易形成热气流死区的问题。该蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑包含上、下分别设有进、出料口且并排设置的两个立式窑膛,两个立式窑膛由位于窑膛中下部的连接通道连通,窑膛内均匀设置有燃烧器喷管;连接通道上方的一段窑膛制成锥体状。通过锥体状窑膛段的截面变径,使热气流集中,从而减小了热气流的偏流,避免了在立式窑膛与通道的拐角处形成的热气流死区,保证物料煅烧的均匀性,从而在增加窑膛截面尺寸、提高竖窑产量的同时,也能保证产品质量。

本实用新型涉及一种煅烧块状散料的蓄热式竖窑,具体为蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑。
背景技术
蓄热式煅烧竖窑包含在上、下部分别设有进、出料口且并排设置的两个立式窑膛,两个立式窑膛由位于窑膛中下部的通道连通,窑膛截面上均匀设置有燃烧器喷管。目前窑膛截面形状主要有圆形、方形、半圆形。
为了增加产量,窑膛的截面尺寸需要相应增加,随着窑膛截面尺寸的增加,在窑膛内易形成热气流偏流,尤其在立式窑膛与通道的拐角处形成了热气流的死区,使该死区内的物料得不到充分的煅烧,从而影响产品的煅烧质量。
发明内容
本实用新型解决现有蓄热式煅烧竖窑窑膛截面尺寸增大后,在窑膛与通道的拐角处易形成热气流死区的问题,提供一种蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑,包含上、下分别设有进、出料口且并排设置的两个立式窑膛,两个立式窑膛由位于窑膛中下部的连接通道连通,窑膛内均匀设置有燃烧器喷管;连接通道上方的一段窑膛制成锥体状。
本实用新型所述的蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑通过锥体状窑膛段的截面变径,使热气流集中,从而减小了热气流的偏流,避免了在立式窑膛与通道的拐角处形成的热气流死区,保证物料煅烧的均匀性,从而在增加窑膛截面尺寸、提高竖窑产量的同时,也能保证产品质量。

具体实施方式
蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑,包含上、下分别设有进、出料口且并排设置的两个立式窑膛1、2,两个立式窑膛由位于窑膛中下部的连接通道3连通,窑膛内均匀设置有燃烧器喷管4;连接通道3上方的一段窑膛5制成锥体状。
因矩形或类矩形窑膛结构简单,本实用新型窑膛截面(优先)采用矩形或类矩形。相应地,连接通道3上方的一段窑膛成为棱锥体。
生产时,块状物料从每个窑膛的顶部进料口送入窑膛,经过煅烧后的生成物从窑膛出料口排出。煅烧物料用的燃料是由窑膛内均匀设置的燃烧器喷管4供给的,燃料以一定的压力由燃烧器喷管导入窑膛内。为了固定燃烧器喷管,在窑膛上部安装有钢结构,将燃烧器喷管固定在钢结构上。
燃烧物料所需的助燃空气由鼓风机6自窑膛顶部鼓入窑膛,助燃空气穿过物料层向下流动,与燃料在燃烧器喷管的底部混合燃烧,实现对物料的煅烧。物料经过煅烧后向下流动经过窑膛下部的冷却区,在冷却区受到由鼓风机7送入的冷却风冷却,然后经底部出料口排出。煅烧过程中热量传输均匀,不存在死角、死区,特别是在立式窑膛与通道的拐角处没有热气流死区,煅烧效果良好。
在窑膛1煅烧过程中,窑膛2内不送入燃料和助燃空气,窑膛1煅烧产生的烟气经通道3排入窑膛2,对窑膛2内的块状物料进行预热。窑膛2内产生的烟气由引风机8排出。如此两个窑膛周期性地交替工作。

1、一种蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑,包含上、下分别设有进、出料口且并排设置的两个立式窑膛(1)、(2),两个立式窑膛由位于窑膛中下部的连接通道(3)连通,窑膛内均匀设置有燃烧器喷管(4);其特征为:连接通道(3)上方的一段窑膛(5)制成锥体状。
2、如权利要求1所述的蓄热式变径双膛煅烧竖窑,其特征为:窑膛截面采用矩形或类矩形。
