本实用新型涉及一种通信电缆，尤其是具有高抗干扰性能的环保型的区间信号电缆。
背景技术
现有城市轨道交通、电气化铁路等场合使用的信号电缆由于周围强电干扰很大，而电缆屏蔽性能弱，因此严重影响通信质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有信号电缆屏蔽性能弱、抗强电干扰差的不足，本实用新型提供一种具有高抗强电干扰性能的区间信号电缆，这种电缆兼有环保型的特点。
本实用新型提供的高抗扰环保型区间信号电缆包括缆芯(5)及缆芯包带层(6)、外护套(13)，缆芯(5)内设有数个四线导体组(3)，缆芯包带层(6)与外护套(13)之间依次设置阻水带层(7)、双面铝塑复合带层(8)、综合护套层(9)、金属屏蔽带层(10)、无纺材料包带层(11)、纯铁带铠装屏蔽层(12)。
本实用新型采用多层金属屏蔽层，特别是采用了高屏蔽的纯铁带作屏蔽层，导磁性能高、磁性能稳定、屏蔽效果好，增强了抗强电干扰性能，适应在城市轨道交通、电气化铁路等场合使用；同时，本实用新型的护套层采用低烟无卤阻燃材料制成，具有良好的阻燃性能，一旦发生火灾能阻燃、自熄，不产生有毒气体，环保性能好。

将数个四线导体组(3)及阻水填充物(4)一起绞合制成缆芯(5)，在缆芯包带层(6)外依次包覆阻水带层(7)、双面铝塑复合带层(8)后挤塑护套制成综合护套层(9)，再包覆金属屏蔽层(10)及无纺材料包带层(11)，然后采用纯铁带包覆制成铠装屏蔽层(12)，最后采用低烟无卤阻燃的护套料包覆外护套(13)。

1、一种高抗扰环保型区间信号电缆，包括缆芯及缆芯包带层、外护套，缆芯内设有数个四线导体组，其特征在于在缆芯包带层与外护套之间依次设置阻水带层、双面铝塑复合带层、综合护套层、金属屏蔽带层、无纺材料包带层、纯铁带铠装屏蔽层。
