Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用塑料制作的对铁路螺栓防尘、防水、防腐蚀的专用防护罩。该防护罩是筒状空心塑料壳体，其口径与铁道螺栓的螺母棱角对角线相同，深度略大于从螺杆顶端到螺母底面的长度。它的壁厚为1～2mm。将该防护罩盖在铁道螺栓上可封闭外露螺栓，形成筒状密封腔，达到和外界隔离，从而起到抗腐蚀、防水冲、防污染等作用。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用塑料制作的对铁路螺栓防尘、防水、防腐蚀的专用防护罩。
二、背景技术
铁路道轨螺栓长年暴露在自然环境中，经风吹、日晒、雨淋、有害气体侵蚀，缩短了其使用寿命。现在实施螺栓防护通常采用的是铸钢冒进行防护的方法，不但成本高、使用携带不方便，而且在施工时不便于安装维修。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于开发一种实用性强、成本低、操作方便的道轨螺栓专用防护罩。
该防护罩是筒状空心塑料壳体，其口径与铁道螺栓的螺母棱角对角线相同，深度略大于从螺杆顶端到螺母底面的长度。它的壁厚为1～2mm。
将该防护罩盖在铁道螺栓上可封闭外露螺栓，形成筒状密封腔，达到和外界隔离，从而起到抗腐蚀、防水冲、防污染等作用。

五、具体实施方式
该防护罩的壳体1是用聚乙烯等塑料一次热注成型，因为铁道螺栓是标准化产品，它的对角最大为40mm，因此壳体1下口部的内径也为40mm，可有负公差0.2～0.5mm。壳体1内径深度大于35mm，壳体1的总高度40mm即可。壳体1的壁厚设计为1.5mm。使用时只要将该防护罩套在每个铁道螺栓就可达到防护的目的。
