Abstract

本实用新型属检测元件的LED光源发生器,涉及通过使用多个发光元件,红色、绿色和蓝色三种LED,产生白色的光预定颜色。本实用新型由顶盖、中罩、限位环、下罩、安装板I、安装板II组成,在顶盖下设置安装板I,在安装板I下设置限位环,限位环下设置安装板II,在安装板II下设置下罩,在安装板I上设置四排LED光源,即红、绿、红、绿交叉排列;在安装板II上设置四排LED蓝色光源。本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:一是使用多个发光元件,红色、绿色和蓝色三种LED;二是可用来获得白光;三是检测元件方便,保证元件质量。

本实用新型属检测元件的LED光源发生器,涉及通过使用多个发光元件,红色、绿色和蓝色三种LED,产生白色的光预定颜色。
背景技术
当前没有同类产品,给元件检测带来麻烦,且直接影响到元件的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种发射三种颜色的光,也就是红色、绿色和蓝色的LED,可用来获得白光检测元件的LED光源发生器。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列的措施来实现:在顶盖下设置安装板I,在安装板I下设置限位环,限位环下设置安装板II,在安装板II下设置下罩;在安装板I上设置多排LED光源,即红、绿、红、绿,交叉排列,在安装板II上设置多排交叉排列的蓝色光源。
上述所述安装板I上设置多排光源,红、绿、红、绿可设计为四排。
上述所述安装板II上设置多排交叉排列的蓝色光源,可设计为四排。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:一是使用多个发光元件,红色、绿色和蓝色三种LED;二是可用来获得白光;三是检测元件方便,保证元件质量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型下面结合附图(实施例)作进一步详述:
参照附图1-3,本实用新型由顶盖1、中罩2、限位环3、下罩4、安装板I6、安装板II5组成,在顶盖1下设置安装板I6,在安装板I6下设置限位环3,限位环3下设置安装板II5,在安装板II5下设置下罩4,在安装板16上设置四排LED光源,即红、绿、红、绿交叉排列;在安装板II5上设置四排LED蓝色光源。
本实用新型的工作原理:
参照附图4,顶部红色和绿色LED混合成黄色光源。
参照附图5,和蓝色光同时照射到检测区,对于漫反射表面,黄色光源和蓝色光源混合成白色光,这样,用彩色相机拍摄的图像为物体的自然色彩。
参照附图6,水平光滑表面,蓝色光被反射走,只有黄色光反射进入,相当于只有黄色光照射。
参照附图7,斜面光滑表面,黄色光被子反射走,只有蓝色光反射进入,相当于只有蓝色光照射。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于检测元件的LED光源发生器,其特征在于该发生器由顶盖(1)、中罩(2)、限位环(3)、下罩(4)、安装板I(6)、在安装板II(5)组成,在顶盖(1)下设置安装板I(6),在安装板I(6)下设置限位环(3),限位环(3)下设置安装板II(5),在安装板II(5)下设置下罩(4),在安装板I(6)上设置多排LED光源,红、绿LED交叉排列,在安装板II(5)上设置多排蓝色LED光源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的检测元件的LED光源发生器,其特征在于设置在安装板I(6)上的多排LED光源为四排,红、绿交叉排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的检测元件的LED光源发生器,其特征在于设置在安装板II(5)上的多排LED光源为四排蓝色LED光源。
