本实用新型涉及一种茶叶真空包装专用成型模具。呈长方形硬质盒体，在盒体的底面分布有排气孔，盒体的底面外侧与盒体侧面呈一空腔，侧面端部开有出气口，使得盒体中的空气可从排气孔排出，经底面下方的腔体，最后由出气孔口排出。具有结构简单、操作方便、包装效果好等特点，而且还具有粗计量的功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种茶叶真空包装专用成型模具，主要用于茶叶真空包装的定型。
背景技术
在茶叶包装领域，250毫克以上的袋装茶叶真空包装，习惯上是形成长方体形，因此在包装过程中装茶、抽真空等必须使用成型模具，否则无法形成所需的包装形状，影响美观、存贮和运输。现有茶叶真空包装所使用的成型模具通常只是采用简单的纸盒，因纸盒硬度不够，易变型，不能达到预想的效果，而且纸盒使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型为茶叶真空包装提供了一种专用成型模具，达到结构简单，操作方便、产品定型好的目的，而且还具有粗计量的功能。
解决本实用新型的技术方案为：茶叶真空包装专用成型模具呈长方形硬质盒体，在盒体的底面分布有排气孔，盒体的底面外侧与盒体侧面呈一空腔，侧面端部开有出气口，使得盒体中的空气可从排气孔排出，经底面下方的腔体，最后由出气口排出。
所述的盒体的入口端部设有突缘，起盒体加固作用，并可防止包装袋被盒体边沿刮破。
本实用新型主要用于茶叶真空包装过程中的装茶、抽真空等包装物的成型。使用时，将茶叶包装袋置入本实用新型的盒体中，装入茶叶，在茶叶的装入过程中，盒体中的空气可由排气孔排出，经盒体底部下方的腔体，最后从出气口排出。盒体本身还可通过体积的计算，作为茶叶的计量工具，可方便于包装过程中茶叶的粗计量。
若盒体底面的下方没有设计一空腔，当盒体置于工作台面上时，排气孔紧贴在工作台面上，盒体中的空气便无法从排气孔排出。
本实用新型为茶叶真空包装提供了一种专用成型模具，具有结构简单、操作方便、包装效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
实施例一：参照图1～图3所示，本实施例由不锈钢材料制作而成。呈长方形硬质盒体，在盒体的底面(1)分布有排气孔(2)，盒体的底面外侧与盒体侧面呈一空腔(3)，侧面端部开有出气口(4)。盒体的入口端部设有突缘(5)。
实施例二：本实施例由塑料一次成型，其结构与实施例一相同。与实施例一相比较，其成本较低，使用更为轻便，但使用寿命较实施例一短。

1、茶叶真空包装专用成型模具呈长方形硬质盒体，其特征在于在盒体的底面分布有排气孔，盒体的底面外侧与盒体侧面呈一空腔，侧面端部开有出气口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的茶叶真空包装专用成型模具，其特征在于所述的盒体的入口端部设有突缘。
