水泥安定性沸煮蒸馏水箱，其特征是在设有保温层的水箱体中设置加热器构成沸煮水箱，在所述沸煮水箱的水箱盖内设置蒸馏水发生器，蒸馏水发生器由冷凝器和集水槽构成，其中，冷凝器和集水槽的端部分别自水箱盖中引出。本实用新型在实施水泥安定性沸煮试验的同时，通过冷凝管可使沸煮产生的大量热的水汽液化，从而制得蒸馏水，使沸煮箱同时具有了制备蒸馏水的功能，其双重功能体现了显著的节能之功效。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及试验用设备，更具体地说是用于测定水泥安定性的沸煮设备。
背景技术：
目前使用的水泥安定性沸煮设备在沸煮时排出大量热的水汽。这些热的水汽极大地影响了试验室环境，在对于温湿度都有一定的要求的试验室中，大量水汽的形成使沸煮箱不得不被单独放置在一间试验室中，也有在沸煮箱的上方设置塑钢封橱，以阻碍热汽向空中弥散，但这一方式既浪费财力、物力、又占用试验空间。
在试验室中，总有很多试验过程中需要使用蒸馏水，但目前情况下，蒸馏水都是独立制备或外购。
发明内容：
本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处，提供一种水泥安定性沸煮蒸馏水箱。利用沸煮时形成的热的水汽来获得蒸馏水。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型的结构特点是在设有保温层的水箱体中设置加热器构成沸煮水箱，在所述沸煮水箱的水箱盖内设置蒸馏水发生器，蒸馏水发生器由冷凝器和集水槽构成，其中，冷凝器和集水槽的端部分别自水箱盖中引出。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1、本实用新型在实施水泥安定性沸煮试验的同时，通过冷凝管可使沸煮产生的大量热的水汽液化，从而制得蒸馏水，使沸煮箱同时具有了制备蒸馏水的功能，其双重功能体现了显著的节能之功效。
2、本实用新型水箱体保温层的设置大大削弱了热量在水箱体上的散发，同样具有显著的节能效果。
3、本实用新型基本消除了对试验环境温湿度的影响，大大改善了试验工作条件。

参见图1，本实施例由水箱体1和水箱盖2构成沸煮水箱，水箱体1具有矿棉保温层，在水箱体1中设置加热器6。
参见图1、图2，本实施例中，在沸煮水箱的水箱盖2中设置蒸馏水发生器，蒸馏水发生器由冷凝器3和集水槽4构成，其中，冷凝器3和集水槽4的端部分别自水箱盖2中引出。
按照常规设置，控制面板7可以设置在水箱体1的侧部，在水箱体1的底部还应该设置水箱排水阀5，冷凝器3为冷凝盘管，冷凝盘管的一端与外部冷水源连通，冷水在冷凝盘管中流过，集水槽4与冷凝器3配套设置，用于收集在冷凝器3上凝结的蒸馏水。
具体实施中，冷凝器按照蒸馏水发生器的常规要求进行设置，包括：为保证蒸馏水的纯度，适当选择冷凝盘管为玻璃材质等。控制电路按照沸煮试验要求进行常规设置。包括自动控制经过30分钟水箱体中的水温升为约100℃，使试验试件在该条件下保持3小时进行试验。在这一过程中，冷凝盘管上不断有凝结的蒸馏水形成，并通过集水槽收集排出水箱盖。
