Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种探测物体表面温度的热像仪,尤其是遥控手柄可以拆卸使用的热像仪。它包括热像仪主机1以及与该主机有线连接的手柄,其特征是:液晶屏3与遥控手柄2为一体式结构,在热像仪主机的顶部设置有提手4,该提手的上端设有遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构,以便于遥控手柄可放置于提手上使用,或从提手上取下使用。采用上述结构的热像仪具有操作方便,结构紧凑的优点,并且可实现手提式操作。

本实用新型涉及一种探测物体表面温度的热像仪,尤其是遥控手柄可以拆卸使用的热像仪。
背景技术
与本是实用新型相关的现有技术是“遥控热像仪”(由广州飒特电力红外技术有限公司生产),它主要包括热像仪主机和遥控手柄,液晶屏设置于主机上,而遥控手柄只是一个附件,使用时须从热像仪主机上拆下液晶屏,插接上遥控手柄之后方可实现遥控功能,操作不方便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种将液晶屏直接安装于遥控手柄上的热像仪,且该遥控手柄可方便拆卸使得该液晶屏既可以固定于主机上使用,也可以从主机上拆下来通过有线遥控方式使用,从而克服了现有技术操作不方便的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可拆卸式顶置遥控手柄热像仪,它包括热像仪主机1以及与该主机有线连接的手柄,其特征是:液晶屏3与遥控手柄2为一体式结构,在热像仪主机的顶部设置有提手4,该提手的上端设有遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构,以便于遥控手柄可放置于提手上使用,或从提手上取下使用。
所述液晶屏与遥控手柄一体式结构是:液晶屏通过铰链5连接在遥控手柄的前端,液晶屏观察角度可以调整。
所述遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构是:在提手的上端设置有导轨6,在遥控手柄的底部设置有滑槽7,遥控手柄的滑槽可以沿提手上的导轨插入或取出。
所述遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构还包括一个定位卡8,定位卡设置在导轨的尾部,用以固定遥控手柄。
采用上述结构的热像仪具有操作方便,结构紧凑的优点,并且可实现手提式操作。

具体实现方式
请参阅图1,在热像仪的主机1上没有设置液晶屏,而是将液晶屏3直接通过铰链5与遥控手柄2相连,手柄的尾端通过电缆9、插座10连接到主机1上,构成液晶屏3与遥控手柄2的一体式结构。由于铰链的作用,液晶屏观察角度可以调整。在主机1的顶部设置有提手4,为了将遥控手柄安装在提手上,提手的上端设有导轨6(如图3所示),手柄的底部设有与导轨6相对应的滑槽7(如图4所示),使得手柄可以方便地插入或取出于提手的导轨中,亦即实现手柄既可以固定在主机提手上使用,也可以从提手上取下遥控使用。所述导轨、滑槽的配合关系如图2所示。另外,为了保证手柄插入提手的导轨中使用时的稳定性,在导轨的末端设置有定位卡8。
由于上述结构的热像仪可以将液晶屏固定在主机顶端使用,因此,没有必要在主机的其它部位再安装液晶屏。
正常使用时,将遥控手柄插入提手的导轨中,通过定位卡将其固定,即可以实现正常操作。并且,本实用新型还具有手提式操作功能,而不需像现有技术那样手托式操作,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,增加了操作的灵活性。
当某些特殊场合需要遥控使用时,从提手上取出遥控手柄,即可以实现有线遥控方式操作。

Claims (4)

1、一种可拆卸式顶置遥控手柄热像仪,它包括热像仪主机(1)以及与该主机有线连接的手柄,其特征是:液晶屏(3)与遥控手柄(2)为一体式结构,在热像仪主机的顶部设置有提手(4),该提手的上端设有遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构,以便于遥控手柄可放置于提手上使用,或从提手上取下使用。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式顶置遥控手柄热像仪,其特征是:所述液晶屏与遥控手柄一体式结构是:液晶屏通过铰链(5)连接在遥控手柄的前端,液晶屏观察角度可以调整。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆卸式顶置遥控手柄热像仪,其特征是:所述遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构是:在提手的上端设置有导轨(6),在遥控手柄的底部设置有滑槽(7),遥控手柄的滑槽可以沿提手上的导轨插入或取出。
4、根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸式顶置遥控手柄热像仪,其特征是:所述遥控手柄可拆卸式安装结构还包括一个定位卡(8),定位卡设置在导轨的尾部,用以固定遥控手柄。
