背景技术
射频消融术是一种几乎无创性的物理热疗手段,近年来已在对子宫疾病的治疗方面得到应用。它的治疗机理是将射频高振荡电流作用于患者患处内膜组织,使组织中的离子浓度变化方向呈正负半周往返变化,随着振荡频率的加快,离子往返的距离显著缩短,最后由移动状态逐渐变化为振动状态,在此过程中,由于各种离子的大小、质量、电荷和移动速度均不相同,离子间相互摩擦并与其它微粒相撞而产生热效应,起到治疗子宫疾病的作用,使病变组织凝固、变性、坏死、溶解,乃至脱落。现有的子宫内膜消融器由射频治疗头(端头)、导杆和手柄三部分组成,其中治疗头为环状设置,导杆表面贴附有绝缘层,手柄和导杆内有导线穿行。现有技术在实际使用中存在的问题是:由于治疗头为环状结构,在使用上不能最大限度地接触子宫内膜作用面积,难以获得最佳治疗效果,此外在实际操作时也不易剔除治疗过程中产生的内膜组织结痂附层,给医生带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构合理、操作方便、治疗效果好的实心子宫内膜消融器。
用于实现上述发明目的的技术解决方案是这样的:将子宫内膜消融器原有的环状治疗头改为实心椭圆形治疗头,采用这种改进结构的优点首先是增大了射频消融器端头与子宫内膜的治疗接触面积,达到最大的治疗效果,给病人减轻了痛苦时间,其次是缩短了医生清理治疗头凝固组织的时间,有利于病人身体的康复并减轻医务人员的工作负担,同时也延长了器械的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本实用新型所述的实心子宫内膜消融器由前端带有射频治疗头1的导杆2和连装在导杆后部的手柄3组成,其中设在导杆2前端的治疗头1为直径稍大于导杆2直径的实心椭圆形治疗头(治疗头最膨大段直径约为10mm),导杆表面贴附有绝缘层,在手柄3和导杆2内穿设有与治疗仪连通的导线。实际操作中,在B超监测下将实心治疗头1插至病变组织中心或偏向一侧,B超横切及纵切观察确定治疗头已插至病变部位后,按压治疗仪开关直至自动报警,然后将治疗头退出凝固好的病变组织部位,再在B超引导下以同样方法凝固其它部位,至整个病变组织完全凝固为止。

1、一种实心子宫内膜消融器,由前端带有射频治疗头(1)的导杆(2)和连装在导杆后部的手柄(3)组成,导杆表面贴附有绝缘层,手柄和导杆内有导线穿行,其特征在于导杆前端治疗头(1)为实心椭圆形治疗头。
