本实用新型公开了一种带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,由导尿管1、气囊2、充气管3、充气球4构成,充气球4通过充气管3与气囊2相连通,充气管3位于导尿管1内,在导尿管1的前端侧壁上设有导尿孔5,其特征在于在导尿管1内设有输尿管导管6,输尿管导管6从导尿管1前端的侧孔7中伸出,以便伸入输尿管与膀胱的接口处,支撑输尿管壁,防止出现狭窄。该带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,引出管不从腹壁伸出,且无需二次手术,故省时省力,降低医务人员的劳动强度,减轻病人的痛苦和负担,提高医务人员的工作效率。

                      技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体地说是一种带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管。
                      背景技术
目前,在临床上,对于膀胱肿瘤患者常需切除输尿管与膀胱的连接部位,即输尿管壁内段,再在膀胱的其他位置开口进行输尿管膀胱吻合,而在输尿管与膀胱吻合口的位置存在狭窄的问题,传统的处理方法是从腹壁开口置入输尿管导管,以起支撑作用,其不足之处是:由于输尿管导管需留置两周,且引出外置牵拉于腹壁,这就加重了病人的负担,取出时,需重新在患者腹壁作手术取出,增加了患者的痛苦,也增加了医务人员的劳动强度。
                      发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可克服以上技术的不足,从尿道内插入输尿管导管,避免二次手术的带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管。,
为达到以上目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,由导尿管、气囊、充气管、充气球构成,充气球通过充气管与气囊相连通,充气管位于导尿管内,在导尿管的前端侧壁上设有导尿孔,其特征在于在导尿管内设有输尿管导管,输尿管导管从导尿管前端的侧孔中伸出,以便伸入输尿管与膀胱的接口处,支撑输尿管壁,防止出现狭窄。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施:所述的气囊呈圆环状,粘贴固定在导尿管的前端外壁上,以在插入膀胱后,充气使气囊膨胀,挡在膀胱尿道口处,防止导尿管滑出;所述的导尿管后端通过连通管与贮尿袋相连通,在导尿管的后端口固定上密封座,以防止尿液外漏,输尿管导管的后端穿过密封座与贮尿袋相连通,以收集尿液。使用本实用新型时,在给膀胱肿瘤病人做切除输尿管与膀胱相连接部位手术后,在膀胱的其他位置开口后进行输尿管与膀胱吻合手术的同时,从尿道内向膀胱内置入导尿管,将输尿管导管从导尿管内向前推出伸入输尿管与膀胱的接口处,并充气固定,若将输尿管导管取出时,只需从导尿管内向后拉动缩回即可,无需做二次手术取出。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与目前膀胱肿瘤切除手术中防止输尿管与膀胱吻合口狭窄的方法相比,引出管不从腹壁伸出,且无需二次手术,故省时省力,降低医务人员的劳动强度,减轻病人的痛苦和负担,提高医务人员的工作效率。

参照附图1、2制作本实用新型。该带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,由导尿管1、气囊2、充气管3、充气球4构成,充气球4通过充气管3与气囊2相连通,充气管3位于导尿管1内,在导尿管1的前端侧壁上设有导尿孔5,其特征在于在导尿管1内设有输尿管导管6,输尿管导管6从导尿管1前端的侧孔7中伸出,以便伸入输尿管与膀胱的接口处,支撑输尿管壁,防止出现狭窄。所述的气囊2呈圆环状,粘贴固定在导尿管1的前端外壁上,以在插入膀胱后,充气使气囊2膨胀,挡在膀胱尿道口处,防止导尿管1滑出;所述的导尿管1后端通过连通管9与贮尿袋8相连通,在导尿管1的后端口固定上密封座10,以防止尿液外漏,输尿管导管6的后端穿过密封座10与贮尿袋8相连通,以收集尿液。

1、一种带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,由导尿管(1)、气囊(2)、充气管(3)、充气球(4)构成,充气球(4)通过充气管(3)与气囊(2)相连通,充气管(3)位于导尿管(1)内,在导尿管(1)的前端侧壁上设有导尿孔(5),其特征在于在导尿管(1)内设有输尿管导管(6),输尿管导管(6)从导尿管(1)前端的侧孔(7)中伸出。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带输尿管导管的气囊导尿管,其特征在于所述的气囊(2)呈圆环状,粘贴固定在导尿管(1)的前端外壁上;所述的导尿管(1)后端通过连通管(9)与贮尿袋(8)相连通,在导尿管(1)的后端口固定上密封座(10),输尿管导管(6)的后端穿过密封座(10)与贮尿袋(8)相连通。
