Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种使用安全、寿命长的鼓风机，包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道，其中风叶安装在风道内，其特征在于风叶平放，吸风口设置在风道下侧；风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座，底座侧壁开有进风口，空气经进风口被吸入风道。

本实用新型涉及一种鼓风机。
背景技术
现有的鼓风机为立式结构，包括电机、风叶和离心风道，其中风叶安装在风道内，风叶竖放，风道一侧安装电机、另一侧开有吸风口，电机通电时带动风叶转动，风叶从吸风口吸入空气后经离心风道的出风口将风吹出；现有的这种鼓风机的缺点是重心高、电机温升高，从而造成使用时不安全、寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有鼓风机中存在的使用不安全、寿命短的问题，而提供一种使用安全、寿命长的鼓风机。
技术方案：
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种鼓风机，包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道，其中风叶安装在风道内，其特征在于风叶平放，吸风口设置在风道下侧；风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座，底座侧壁开有进风口，空气经进风口被吸入风道。电机通电时，经进风口进入的空气流经电机表面，对电机起风冷作用。
有益效果：
由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案，电机可以设置在较低的位置，使整机重心变低，不易翻倒，使用安全；被吸入的空气可以对电机起风冷的作用，有效降低电机的温升，提高了电机效率，达到节能的目的，并可延长电机寿命；而且该结构简单。

具体实施方式：
图1是本实用新型所述鼓风机的一个实施例的立体外观图，结合图1、图2和图3可见，所述鼓风机，包括底座6、电机5、风叶3、由内盖2和外盖3构成的风道，风叶3水平安装在风道内，内盖中央的通孔21为吸风口；内盖2下方设有用于安装电机的底座6，底座侧壁开有格栅状的进风口61，空气经进风口61进入底座6内壁与电机5之闸的空间后，再经通孔21(即吸风口)吸入由外盖1和内盖2构成的风道内，然后经出风口上的护网4向外吹出。

1、一种鼓风机，包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道，其中风叶安装在风道内，其特征在于风叶平放，吸风口设置在风道下侧；风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座，底座侧壁开有进风口，空气经进风口被吸入风道。
