Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种使用安全、寿命长的鼓风机,包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道,其中风叶安装在风道内,其特征在于风叶平放,吸风口设置在风道下侧;风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座,底座侧壁开有进风口,空气经进风口被吸入风道。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鼓风机。
背景技术
现有的鼓风机为立式结构,包括电机、风叶和离心风道,其中风叶安装在风道内,风叶竖放,风道一侧安装电机、另一侧开有吸风口,电机通电时带动风叶转动,风叶从吸风口吸入空气后经离心风道的出风口将风吹出;现有的这种鼓风机的缺点是重心高、电机温升高,从而造成使用时不安全、寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有鼓风机中存在的使用不安全、寿命短的问题,而提供一种使用安全、寿命长的鼓风机。
技术方案:
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种鼓风机,包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道,其中风叶安装在风道内,其特征在于风叶平放,吸风口设置在风道下侧;风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座,底座侧壁开有进风口,空气经进风口被吸入风道。电机通电时,经进风口进入的空气流经电机表面,对电机起风冷作用。
有益效果:
由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案,电机可以设置在较低的位置,使整机重心变低,不易翻倒,使用安全;被吸入的空气可以对电机起风冷的作用,有效降低电机的温升,提高了电机效率,达到节能的目的,并可延长电机寿命;而且该结构简单。

具体实施方式:
图1是本实用新型所述鼓风机的一个实施例的立体外观图,结合图1、图2和图3可见,所述鼓风机,包括底座6、电机5、风叶3、由内盖2和外盖3构成的风道,风叶3水平安装在风道内,内盖中央的通孔21为吸风口;内盖2下方设有用于安装电机的底座6,底座侧壁开有格栅状的进风口61,空气经进风口61进入底座6内壁与电机5之闸的空间后,再经通孔21(即吸风口)吸入由外盖1和内盖2构成的风道内,然后经出风口上的护网4向外吹出。

1、一种鼓风机,包括底座、电机、风叶、由内盖和外盖构成的风道,其中风叶安装在风道内,其特征在于风叶平放,吸风口设置在风道下侧;风道下方设有用于安装电机的底座,底座侧壁开有进风口,空气经进风口被吸入风道。
