一种防断丝锥,包括锥柄和锥体,其中锥体的头部设有导向柱,锥柄上开设凹槽,在凹槽位置,锥柄的横截面积小于锥体的横截面积。锥体头部的导向柱起定位作用,保证丝锥与孔保持同心,使之攻丝时受力均匀,防止折断;另外,当由于其他原因造成意外折断,由于应力集中于凹槽位置,控制丝锥断在该处,保证留有一定长度的锥柄,方便了取出。

本实用新型涉及机械加工用的刃具,是一种丝锥。
背景技术
制造内螺纹时,需要用丝锥进行攻丝。如果丝锥与工件的加工孔不同心,会造成受力不均匀,导致丝锥折断。另外,有时因为材料原因或孔径大小不对,以及丝锥本身刃口钝等因素,容易造成丝锥折断。丝锥断时,由于应力集中在工件的孔口,所以常在孔口位置折断,取出困难。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种不易折断的丝锥,另外在意外折断时,控制其折断位置,以方便取出。
本实用新型的方案是:一种防断丝锥,包括锥柄和锥体,其中锥体的头部设有导向柱,锥柄上开设凹槽,在凹槽位置,锥柄的横截面积小于锥体的横截面积。
本实用新型的优点是:锥体头部的导向柱先于锥体插入加工孔中,起定位作用,保证丝锥与孔保持同心,使之攻丝时受力均匀,防止折断;另外,当由于其他原因造成意外折断,由于应力集中于凹槽位置,控制丝锥断在该处,保证留有一定长度的锥柄,方便了取出。

具体实施方式
如图所示,防断丝锥,包括锥柄1和锥体3,其中锥体3的头部设有导向柱4,锥柄1上开设凹槽2。
在凹槽位置,锥柄1的横截面积小于锥体3的横截面积,以使该部位比锥体3易于折断,即当发生折断时,使丝锥断于凹槽2处,由于使用时该部位一般都是高于加工孔的孔口,因而避免了丝锥断在孔口,方便了断丝锥的取出。
导向柱4的直径比加工孔略小,如M6的丝锥,加工孔一般为5.2,则导向柱4直径采用5.1,以达到丝锥与孔保持同心的效果。
在使用时,导向柱4先于锥体3插入加工孔中,起定位作用,保证丝锥与孔保持同心,使之攻丝时受力均匀,可防止折断。

1.一种防断丝锥,包括锥柄(1)和锥体(3),其特征是:锥体(3)的头部设有导向柱(4),锥柄(1)上开设凹槽(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的防断丝锥,其特征是:在所述的凹槽(2)位置,锥柄(1)的横截面积小于锥体(3)的横截面积。
