本实用新型公开一种高压变频器中的控制信号传送装置,是控制柜内装的一台主控器,是由双DSP(数字信号处理器)的CPU单元1、接口单元4、三个相控单元2、操作面板5及开关量、模拟量的输入、输出子模块组成,并返回运行状态和运行参数的有关信息,以供集中监控。本实用新型将上述控制信号传送到功率单元,然后解码,对功率单元进行控制本高压变频器中采用高适时性,低成本的控制信号传送装置,利用对控制命令的适时性要求远低于对PWM信号的要求。

本实用新型属于一种数据自动控制监测技术,具体的说是一种高压变频器中的控制信号传送装置。
背景技术:
高压变频器中CPU单元需要从操作面板,I/O接口或通信通道接收操作命令和给定信号,经处理后输出电压、频率给定信号给三个相控单元。来自功率单元的应答信息也需要主控器集中处理。根据控制命令、给定信号及运行信息、应答信息进行运行控制、状态分析、故障诊断等运算,检测出故障后按故障性质进行故障处理,如封锁系统、高压跳闸等,并给出相应故障信号。高压变频器中主控器其数据处理量及处理可靠性要求很高
技术方案:
本实用新型公开一种高压变频器中的控制信号传送装置,是控制柜内装的一台主控器,是由双DSP(数字信号处理器)的CPU单元1、接口单元4、三个相控单元2、操作面板5及开关量、模拟量的输入、输出子模块组成,其特征是:CPU单元1接收操作面板5,I/O接口单元4或上位机通信接口6的操作命令和给定信号,处理后输出电压、频率给定信号到三个相控单元2,信号在三个相控单元转换成PWM控制信号,经电/光转换器转换成光信号,从光发送器端口发往各功率单元。来自功率单元的应答信息经光/电转换器转换成电信号,予处理后送主控器集中处理。主控器根据控制命令、给定信号及运行信息、应答信息进行运行控制、状态分析、故障诊断运算,检测出故障后按故障性质进行故障处理,如封锁系统、高压跳闸等,并给出相应故障信号,还提供故障音响信号。从I/O接口可输出运行状态7(开关量)及运行参数8(模拟量),用户可根据需要选择输出量。CPU单元上备有调试用PC3机接口,通过在PC机运行调试程序,可以以画面形式进行调试和诊断,并可同时显示系统中五个变量的时间波形和数字量,是系统调试和诊断的良好工具。CPU单元上还备有上位机通信接口6,可以以通信方式从上位机取得控制命令和给定信号,控制变频器的运行,并返回运行状态和运行参数的有关信息,以供集中监控。

具体实施方式:
主控器的结构为单元组合式,其核心为双DSP的CPU单元,通过总线与接口板和相控A、B、C板互通信息。从接口子模块DI(9)、AI(10)可接受操作命令、给定信号、电机电流与电压。CPU板根据操作命令、给定信号及其它输入信号,计算出控制信息及状态信息。相控A、B、C板接受来自CPU板的控制信息,产生PWM控制信号,经电/光转换器,向功率单元发送控制光信号。来自功率单元的应答信号在相控A、B、C板中转换成电信号,予处理后送CPU板处理。状态信息可通过接口板和接口子模板送出。操作面板经通信接口与CPU板相连,面板上有键盘、数码管、指示灯,从这里也可以输入操作命令、给定信号,显示运行状态和运行参数。在故障时显示故障信息,包括按故障发生时间先后顺序排列的前8个排序故障和不排序的全部故障。CPU板上有与上位机通信的通信接口,为标准RS232接口,可以以通信方式从上位机输入操作命令和给定信号,输出运行状态和运行参数。通过设定相应参数,可以选择操作命令来源和给定信号来源是上述三种中的哪一种。
CPU单元上还配有调试用PC的接口。当PC机上运行调试程序后可以以画面形式进行变频器调试,直观方便。可以显示和修改变频器的全部参数,显示变频器中的全部软件端子参数,便于系统分析。能同时显示系统中五个变量的时间波形和数字量,对系统调试和分析十分有利。当发生故障时也能显示有关故障信息,便于故障诊断、排除故障。
本实用新型将上述控制信号传送到功率单元,然后解码,对功率单元进行控制本高压变频器中采用高适时性,低成本的控制信号传送装置,利用对控制命令的适时性要求远低于对PWM信号的要求。

Claims (1)

1.一种高压变频器中的控制信号传送装置,是由双DSP(数字信号处理器)的CPU单元(1)、接口单元(4)、三个相控单元(2)、操作面板(5)及开关量、模拟量的输入、输出子模块组成,其特征是:CPU单元(1)接收操作面板(5),I/O接口单元(4)或上位机通信接口(6)的操作命令和给定信号,处理后输出电压、频率给定信号到三个相控单元(2),信号在三个相控单元转换成PWM控制信号,经电/光转换器转换成光信号,从光发送器端口发往各功率单元,来自功率单元的应答信息经光/电转换器转换成电信号,予处理后送主控器集中处理,主控器根据控制命令、给定信号及运行信息、应答信息进行运行控制、状态分析、故障诊断运算,检测出故障后按故障性质进行故障处理,如封锁系统、高压跳闸等,并给出相应故障信号,还提供故障音响信号;从I/O接口可输出运行状态(7)(开关量)及运行参数(8)(模拟量),用户可根据需要选择输出量;CPU单元上备有调试用PC(3)机接口,通过在PC机运行调试程序,可以以画面形式进行调试和诊断,并可同时显示系统中五个变量的时间波形和数字量,是系统调试和诊断的良好工具;CPU单元上还备有上位机通信接口(6)RS232,可以以通信方式从上位机取得控制命令和给定信号,控制变频器的运行,并返回运行状态和运行参数的有关信息,以供集中监控。
