本实用新型是一种燃气热水器水气联动阀的防水微动开关，包括联动小轴、支架、微动开关本体和拨叉，微动开关本体固定在支架上，拨叉通过一转轴设置在支架上，拨叉的一端与联动小轴上的凸块接触，另一端与微动开关的触点接触，与微动开关的触点接触的拨叉部位设计成U型结构，因此本实用新型拨叉上即使有水，也会在重力作用下经U型结构的引导流向U型结构的底端，而不会流到微动开关的触点上，这样就避免了水进入微动开关，造成触点腐蚀氧化，微动开关失效，延长了微动开关的使用寿命。

                          技术领域
本实用新型是一种燃气热水器的组件，特别是一种燃气热水器水气联动阀的防水微动开关，属现有微动开关的改进技术。
                          背景技术
现有燃气热水器中设有水气联动阀，在水气联动阀的壳体内设有一个与燃烧器相通的气路及水气联动装置和与水气联动装置相连的微动开关，打开水阀，通过水气联动装置在燃烧室内充燃气，同时通过微动开关触发脉冲点火器点火，热水器进入工作状态。现有的微动开关是通过直条状微动开关拨叉向下方向的自由端来触动微动开关的触点进行工作的，这种结构如果拨叉上有水，则水很容易因重力的作用经拨叉的自由端进入微动开关，造成触点腐蚀氧化，微动开关失效，热水器不能工作，特别是当联动小轴漏水和潮湿季节产生冷凝水时，微动开关的寿命就更短。因而给用户带来不便，同时也增加了维修费用。
                        实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术缺陷，提供一种触点不易腐蚀氧化、使用寿命长的燃气热水器水气联动阀的防水微动开关。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：本实用新型包括联动小轴、支架、微动开关本体和拨叉，微动开关本体固定在支架上，拨叉通过一转轴设置在支架上，拨叉的一端与联动小轴上的凸块接触，另一端与微动开关的触点接触，与微动开关的触点接触的拨叉部位设计成U型结构。
为了便于调节本实用新型微动开关触点触发所需的力的大小，达到调节热水器启动水压大小的目的，在上述拨叉的U型结构端设有一个调节螺钉，旋动该螺钉可改变拨叉与微动开关触点接触的松紧程度，即可调节微动开关触点触发所需的力的大小。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于将与微动开关的触点接触的拨叉部位设计成U型结构，因此拨叉上即使有水，也会在重力作用下经U型结构的引导流向U型结构的底端，而不会流到微动开关的触点上。这样就避免了水进入微动开关，造成触点腐蚀氧化，微动开关失效，延长了微动开关的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括联动小轴1、支架2、微动开关本体3和拨叉4，微动开关本体3固定在支架2上，拨叉4通过一转轴设置在支架2上，使拨叉4可绕转轴转动，拨叉4的一端与联动小轴1上的凸块接触，另一端与微动开关的触点接触，与微动开关的触点接触的拨叉部位设计成U型结构，在该拨叉的U型结构端设有一个调节螺钉5。
本实用新型可广泛用于各种燃气热水器中。

1.一种燃气热水器水气联动阀的防水微动开关，包括联动小轴(1)、支架(2)、微动开关本体(3)和拨叉(4)，微动开关本体(3)固定在支架(2)上，拨叉(4)通过一转轴设置在支架(2)上，拨叉(4)的一端与联动小轴(1)上的凸块接触，另一端与微动开关的触点接触，其特征在于与微动开关的触点接触的拨叉部位为U型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气热水器水气联动阀的防水微动开关，其特征是在上述拨叉(4)的U型结构端设有一个调节螺钉(5)。
