【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种潜水泵，尤其是一种易于检修、更换油水探头和油水浮子的潜水泵。
【背景技术】
潜水泵在水下工作，其电机本身及电机与其他连接部分的密封要求很高。即便如此，任何部位的泄漏均有可能导致油水浸入电机内腔，若不及时排出这些油水，会导致电机无法正常工作。
为此，一般在电机下侧设置一与电机内腔连通的油水探测凹槽，凹槽内容有油水浮子和油水探头，一旦油水进入油水探测凹槽，油水探头就会通过油水浮子的配合而发出报警信号。此外，受各种因素的影响，有时会出现误报警的情况，为了消除报警或排出凹槽内的油水，或更换油水浮子和油水探头，需要将整个泵拆开，非常不便。

为了解决现有潜水泵的油水探头检修更换不便的问题，本实用新型提供一种带检修窗口的潜水泵，并进一步起到利于排出积水的效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是：带检修窗口的潜水泵，包括电机、泵体以及位于泵体腔内由电机驱动的叶轮，所述电机壳体与泵体之间连有油室，油室上形成一油水探测凹槽，槽内容有相配的油水浮子和油水探头，其特征在于：在所述的油室上与油水探测凹槽对应的位置开设有一与外界连通的检修窗口，检修窗口盖有一可拆卸的检修窗口盖。这样，当需要查错或检修、更换油水探头和油水浮子时，只需将检修窗口盖卸下，便可完成所需操作。此外，开设检修窗口有助于查找故障原因，并在油水探测凹槽积有油水时将其排出。
本实用新型的检修窗口盖螺接在油室上。螺接的方式便于拆卸，且连接牢固、紧密。
本实用新型的检修窗口盖与油室之间设有一密封圈。加一密封圈，有助于将电机更好地与外界隔离。
本实用新型的有益效果是：检修更换油水探头方便，有助于查找故障和排出积水，连接紧密。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示的潜水泵，电机1安放于电机壳体4内，电机壳体4的下侧连接有油室2，油室2的下侧连接有泵体3。油室2上开有一油水探测凹槽9，槽内容有相配和的油水浮子6和油水探头5。
油室2上与油水探测凹槽9对应的位置开有检修窗口7，检修窗口7将油水探测凹槽9与外界连通。检修窗口7外壁螺接有检修窗口盖8，检修窗口盖8与油室2外壁之间垫有一橡胶密封圈。
需要检查、更换或排水时，只需将检修窗口盖8卸下即可。

1、带检修窗口的潜水泵，包括电机、泵体以及位于泵体腔内由电机驱动的叶轮，所述电机壳体与泵体之间连有油室，油室上形成一油水探测凹槽，槽内容有相配的油水浮子和油水探头，其特征在于：在所述的油室上与油水探测凹槽对应的位置开设有一与外界连通的检修窗口，检修窗口盖有一可拆卸的检修窗口盖。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带检修窗口的潜水泵，其特征在于：所述的检修窗口盖螺接在油室上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带检修窗口的潜水泵，其特征在于：所述的检修窗口盖与油室之间设有一密封圈。
