本实用新型涉及一种镇流器内藏式一体化节能灯。在传统的节能灯,镇流器通常都被置于与灯头相连的罩壳中,因此,罩壳的高度受到镇流器的限制,无法降低。本实用新型提供一种一体化节能灯,它包括灯头、与所述灯头相连的罩壳、镇流器和与所述罩壳相连的灯管,其特征在于,所述镇流器置于所述罩壳的下方,所述灯管围绕所述镇流器。本实用新型的优点在于减小了节能灯的整体高度,使节能灯在外观上更接近白炽灯。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种节能灯,尤其涉及一种镇流器内藏的节能灯。
背景技术
节能灯由于其优越的发光效率和节能的优点,已被广泛应用于家用照明和工业照明中,而且也是政府鼓励的一个产业。
图1示出了一种传统节能灯的结构,如图1所示,通常一个节能灯包含:灯头1、由上盖2A和下壳2B组成的罩壳2和灯管3。上盖2A和下壳2B合拢形成个罩壳空腔,该空腔内放置有电子镇流器。灯管3由多个呈U字形、π字形或螺旋形的灯管构成。
这种结构的传统节能灯存在的问题是灯头1、罩壳2和灯头3依次垂直连接,镇流器2安装在罩壳2内。按目前的制造水平,电子镇流器的体积较大,因此,罩壳2的高度受到电子镇流器的影响,从整体上增加了节能灯的高度。这样极大地影响了节能灯的小型化。尤其是当节能灯的功率较小,灯管较短时,这一缺点更为突出,成了小功率节能灯进一步小型化、紧凑化的障碍。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种小型化的节能灯,能明显地缩短罩壳的高度,从而有效地缩短节能灯的高度。
根据本实用新型的上述目的,提供一种一体化节能灯,包括灯头、与所述灯头相连的罩壳、镇流器和与所述罩壳相连的灯管,其特征在于,所述镇流器置于所述罩壳的下方,所述灯管围绕所述镇流器。
下面将结合附图详细描述本实用新型的一个实施例,并通过该实施例体现出本实用新型的上述和其它特征和优点。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型的节能灯在组成上,与传统的节能灯相似,包括灯头10、罩壳20、灯管30和镇流器40。灯头10与罩壳20相连,灯管30连接在罩壳20的下方。灯管30的设置方式使其在内部围设形成一个空间50。镇流器40置于罩壳20的下方,其一端与罩壳20相连,并放置于该空间50中。灯管30围绕该镇流器40。
如上所述,由于本实用新型将传统节能灯的镇流器从罩壳中移出,虽然镇流器仍与罩壳相连,甚至仍小部分镇流器位于罩壳之中,但仍然使罩壳的高度大大减小。整个节能灯的高度主要由灯头和灯管决定,使这种结构形式的节能灯的外观更接近白炽灯。

1、一种一体化节能灯,包括灯头、与所述灯头相连的罩壳、镇流器和与所述罩壳相连的灯管,其特征在于,所述镇流器置于所述罩壳的下方,所述灯管围绕所述镇流器。
