Abstract

一种扩充卡固定装置,用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内,其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体,所述固定体可旋转的设置在所述后板上,所述后板对应所述固定体处开设一开口,所述固定体包括一底壁及一后壁,所述底壁对应所述挡片设若干弹性抵压部,所述固定体上形成一定位孔,所述后板对应所述定位孔凸设一定位部。

扩充卡固定装置
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种扩充卡固定装置,特别是关于一种方便固定和拆卸扩充卡的扩充卡固定装置。
【技术背景】
现有固定扩充卡的方式是直接采用螺丝来将其固定在电脑机箱中,这种固定方式对于扩充卡的组装和拆卸来说非常不方便。
近年来,业界出现多种扩充卡的固定装置,如美国专利第5,317,483号所揭示的扩充卡固定装置,其采用一压条将若干固定在扩充卡的插条固定在电脑基座的窗架上,其在固定这些扩充卡时,先将所述压条一端可动的装置在所述扩充卡窗架上,然后使所述压条的另一端向下翻转,当所述压条抵顶这些插条时,通过一螺丝将所述压条的另一端固定在所述窗架上,从而固定这些扩充卡。上述方式在固定扩充卡的时候需要将所述压条掀起并用手扶持,然后才能固定扩充卡,其不利于操作。
又如美国专利第5,936,835号所揭示的扩充卡固定装置,其包括一固定体,所述固定体包括一本体部和一自所述本体部垂直弯折延伸的若干卡扣片,所述本体部开设一通孔,固定扩充卡时,这些卡扣片可穿入对应的电脑后板的开孔中,并抵靠固定在扩充卡上的插条,而这时,所述固定体的本体部处于所述后板的外侧,通过一螺丝穿过所述本体部的通孔和对应的后板的螺孔,可将所述固定体锁固在所述后板上,从而实现扩充卡的固定。上述方式在固定扩充卡的时候需要将所述固定体自电脑后板拆下,其容易导致所述固定体的丢失。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便固定和拆卸扩充卡的扩充卡固定装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的:本实用新型扩充卡固定装置,用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内,其包括一后板及一可旋转的设置在所述后板上的固定体,所述后板对应所述固定体处开设一开口,所述固定体包括一底壁及一后壁,所述底壁对应所述挡片设若干弹性抵压部,所述固定体上形成一定位孔,所述后板对应所述定位孔凸设一定位部。
本实用新型的优点在于通过一可旋转的装置在后板上的固定体来压固固定有扩充卡的挡片来实现扩充卡的固定。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1,本实用新型扩充卡固定装置是用来将若干扩充卡30固定在一电脑机箱内,其包括一基座、若干用来固定这些扩充卡30的挡片35及一固定体40。
所述基座包括一底板12及自所述底板12后端垂直向上延伸的一后板14,所述后板14在上部开设一长方形开口16,所述后板14在所述开口16两侧分别垂直向内弯折形成一固定部18,每一固定部18在下部开设一枢转孔20,并在每一枢转孔20上方向内凸设一定位部22。所述后板14外部还在所述开口16的上方形成一较浅的凹陷(图未示),所述凹陷向内凸设一具锁固孔(图未标号)的螺柱24。所述后板14在所述开口16下方还固定一固定座25,所述固定座25包括一竖直壁26和自所述竖直壁26上端弯折形成的弯折壁27。所述竖直壁26间隔开设若干平行的长槽28,这些长槽28还延伸至所述弯折壁27,所述弯折壁26对应每一竖直壁凸设一凸起29。所述底板12固定一主板80,其上设有垂直于所述后板14的若干插槽82。
所述挡片35的形状与所述固定座24的长槽28对应,其包括一本体部36和自所述本体部36一端垂直弯折的一弯折部37,这些扩充卡30分别固定在这些挡片35的本体部36上,其对应所述主板80的插槽82设一插接部38,所述弯折部37对应所述后板14的凸起29于一侧开设一缺口39。
请继续参照图2,所述固定体40呈一中空的三棱体状,其包括一底壁42、一前壁44及一后壁46,所述后壁46自与所述前壁44相交处继续向上延伸并于两侧分别向前弯折形成一装设部50,于末端形成一锁固部48,所述锁固部48中部开设一锁固孔56,所述装设部50对应所述后板14的枢转孔20凸设一环状枢转部52,并于所述枢转部52上方对应所述后板16的定位部22开设一定位孔54。所述底壁42对应每一挡片35开设一开口(图未标号),并于所述开口后端分别朝向所述开口内延伸形成一弹性抵压部58。所述底壁42与所述前壁44于交界处对应所述后板14的凸起29开设形成若干避位孔60。
请继续参照图3和图4,组装时,先将所述固定体40自基座内部组装到所述后板14上,随后可装设所述扩充卡30。使所述固定体40的枢转部52容置在所述后板14的固定部18的枢转孔20中,通过铆接或其它固定的方式便可将所述固定体40可旋转的装设在所述后板14上。
安装所述扩充卡30时,先使所述固定体40自所述后板14的开口16旋转出所述基座外,使所述固定体40底壁42脱离所述后板14的固定座25的弯折壁27。再使所述扩充卡30的插接部38分别插入对应主板80的插槽82中,且所述每一挡片35的本体部36位于所述后板14固定座25的竖直壁26上,并遮挡对应的长槽28,其弯折部37则置于所述固定座24的弯折壁27上,同时所述弯折部27的凸起29容置于所述挡片35的缺口39中。使所述固定体40自所述基座外部朝向内部旋转,所述固定体40的抵压部58抵压所述挡片35的弯折部37,所述固定体40的锁固部48容置于所述后板14外部的凹陷内,同时,所述后板14的固定部18的定位部22容置于所述固定体40的定位孔54中,这时,所述固定体40便固定在所述后板14上,从而固定所述扩充卡30。为实现所述固定体40的更加稳固,可借助一手动螺丝90穿设所述固定体40的锁固孔56与所述后板14的螺柱24来实现所述固定体40更好的固定于所述后板14上。所述避位孔60可容置所述后板14的凸起29。
拆卸所述扩充卡30时,只需取下所述手动螺丝90,然后旋转所述固定体40至所述基座外部,其底壁42脱离所述后板14的弯折壁27,这时,便可拆换对应所述扩充卡30。

Claims (10)

1.一种扩充卡固定装置,用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内,其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体,其特征在于:所述固定体可旋转的设置在所述后板上,所述后板对应所述固定体处开设一开口,所述固定体包括一底壁及一后壁,所述底壁对应所述挡片设若干弹性抵压部,所述固定体上形成一定位孔,所述后板对应所述定位孔凸设一定位部。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述后板在所述开口两侧分别向内弯折形成一固定部,所述固定部在下部开设一枢转孔,并在枢转孔上方形成所述定位部。
3.如权利要求2所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定体的后壁两侧分别向前弯折形成一装设部,所述装设部对应所述后板的枢转孔凸设一枢转部,对应所述后板的定位部开设形成所述定位孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定体的后壁末端形成一锁固部,所述锁固部上开设一锁固孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述后板在位于所述开口的上方处对应所述固定体的锁固孔设一具锁固孔的螺柱。
6.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定体呈一中空的三棱体状,其还包括一前壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述后板下方还固定一固定座,所述固定座包括竖直壁及自所述竖直壁上端弯折形成的弯折壁,所述弯折壁上凸设若干凸起。
8.如权利要求7所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述底壁与所述前壁于交界处对应所述后板的凸起开设形成若干避位孔。
9.如权利要求5所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述后板外部在所述开口上方形成一较浅的凹陷,所述螺柱自所述凹陷向内凸设形成,所述固定体的后壁末端对应所述凹陷形成一锁固部,所述锁固孔设于所述锁固部上。
10.一种扩充卡固定装置,用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内,其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体,其特征在于:所述固定体可旋转的设置在所述后板上,所述后板对应所述固定体处开设一开口,所述固定体包括一底壁及一后壁,所述底壁对应所述挡片设若干弹性抵压部,所述后板在所述开口上方设一锁固孔,所述固定体的后壁上端延伸形成一锁固部,所述锁固部对应所述后板的锁固孔也开设一锁固孔。
