Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种防位移母线支架,它由绝缘板,玻璃布板,母线,夹紧钢板组成,绝缘板、玻璃布板分别垫于母线之下和贴于母线的两侧,两夹紧钢板夹在两侧的绝缘板和玻璃布板之外,并与建筑预埋钢板固接。本实用新型具有母线固定效果好、绝缘层不易破碎等优点,而且由于采用了夹紧板与母线基础预埋钢板焊接,避免了母线宽度方向上由于热变形而产生的偏移。大大提高了安全性能。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电解铝生产用的母线支架。
技术背景:
目前,在电解铝生产中使用的母线支架,大多采取在母线下方用绝缘套筒支撑,然后在母线两侧作夹板固定的形式。这种支架的缺点是:绝缘套筒在重力作用下易碎,且母线与基础的联系脱开,易发生母线位移现象。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种强度高、结构紧凑,绝缘性好,并且可将母线与基础固定的防位移母线支架,从而达到防止母线位移的目的。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由绝缘板(1),玻璃布板(2),母线(3),夹紧钢板(4)组成,绝缘板(1)、玻璃布板(2)分别垫于母线(3)之下和贴于母线(3)的两侧,两夹紧钢板(4)夹在两侧的绝缘板(1)和玻璃布板(2)之外,并与建筑预埋钢板(5)固接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有母线固定效果好、绝缘层不易破碎等优点,而且由于采用了夹紧板与母线基础预埋钢板焊接,避免了母线宽度方向上由于热变形而产生的偏移。大大提高了安全性能。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:采用高分子绝缘板(1)和3240环氧酚醛层压玻璃布板(2)作为母线(3)的支撑绝缘垫于母线(3)下,母线(3)的两侧用高分子绝缘板(1)和3240环氧酚醛层压玻璃布板(2)绝缘,然后将两夹紧钢板(4)夹紧两侧的绝缘板(1)和玻璃布板(2),最后将夹紧钢板(4)与母线基础的预埋钢板(5)焊接。
