本实用新型属于生物细胞观察装置,特别适用于在大屏幕上观察对细胞的操作过程。
背景技术
农业上的良种培育,特种动物繁殖,提高胚胎的利用率;工业上制药业以及生产特殊生物制品;医学上单精子注射(第二代试管婴儿)、胚胎移植前抽取单细胞遗传学诊断(第三代试管婴儿)、卵母细胞胞浆置换术(第四代试管婴儿)、优生优育等;科研上极体研究、核移植(克隆)、基因去除和植入(转基因)、细胞内植入微电极及模片钳进行各种生理实验等均必须对细胞观察。通常观察细胞的操作过程是采用显微镜由一人操作观察,且只能观察其静态状态,无法实现动态观察,更无法实现大屏幕观察。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新的生物细胞计算机显微操作系统,实现对细胞的操作过程的动态观察。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种生物细胞计算机显微操作系统,它含有倒置显微镜,控制倒置显微镜的运动定位装置,持针器,其特征是在倒置显微镜的目镜上的CCD接口上装有CCD摄像机,摄像机通过传输线路与计算机连接,计算机将接收到的图像信号处理后在显示器上成像并通过打印机打印图像。
本实用新型的积极效果是:由于采用CCD摄像机和计算机处理,能实现细胞三维精确定位,位移及精确定量抽取和注射细胞内基因的监视控制。且能一人操作,每人在大屏幕观察。

具体实施方式:
参照附图,虚线框外的显微镜持针器,注射器,运动定位装置为已有技术。本实用新型包括一个倒置显微镜(7),在显微镜(7)的CCD接口上装有摄取细胞图像的摄像机(6),本实施例中摄像机(6)为CCD摄像机,摄像机摄取的图像通过传输线路与计算机(2)连接,计算机连接有打印机(1)及显示器(3)。计算机将接收到的图像信息处理通过显示器或大屏幕投影显示,通过打印机打印图像。从而实现对细胞转基因或克隆等操作过程的动态监控和显示。

1、一种生物细胞计算机显微操作系统,它含有倒置显微镜,运动定位装置,持针器,注射器,其特征是在倒置显微镜目镜的CCD接口上装有CCD摄像机,摄像机通过传输线路与计算机连接,计算机将接收到的图像信号处理后在显示器上成像并通过打印机打印图像。
