本实用新型是一种包括外壳和红外成像组件的热像仪,其结构是:外壳呈手机形状,其上设有功能按键(11)和显示屏;镜头组件(1)位于外壳的顶端,探测器(9)装在外壳内腔的上部。本实用新型具有构思新颖、性能可靠、结构小巧和外形美观等优点。

本实用新型涉及光电产品,特别是一种包括红外成像组件和具有手机形状的热像仪。
背景技术
目前,市场上普遍使用的非制冷式焦平面红外热像仪是利用红外探测器,光学成像物镜和显示器构成的光电系统,接收被测目标的红外辐射能量分布图形反映到红外探测器的光敏元上,由探测器将红外辐射能转换成电信号,经放大处理,转换或标准视频信号通过CRT或LCD显示红外热像图。这种热像图与物体表面的热分布场相对应;实质上是被测目标物体各部分红外辐射的热像分布图由于信号非常弱,与可见光图像相比,缺少层次和立体感,因此,在实际动作过程中为更有效地测量被测目标的红外热分布场,常采用一些辅助措施来增加仪器的实用功能。
热像仪作为一种红外成像仪器,它具有红外测温仪的优点(如非接触,快速,能对运动目标和微小目标测温等)外还具有直观地显示物体表面的温度场、温度分辩率高、可采用多种显示方式、可进行数据存储和处理等优点。此外,红外热像仪在医疗、治安、消防、考古、交通、农业和地质等许多领域均有重要的应用。
但是,目前市场上普遍使用的热像仪,大多存在体积大、重量重,以及携带和使用不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种构思新颖的具有手机外形的热像仪。
本实用新型是一种手机式热像仪,其结构是:外壳呈手机形状,其上设有功能按键和显示屏;镜头组件位于外壳的顶端,探测器装在外壳内腔的上部。
本实用新型具有如下主要优点:
其一.构思新颖,性能可靠,便于推广。
其二.结构小巧,布局合理,重量轻,便于制作、降低成本、携带和使用。
其三.外形美观:具有类似手机的外形。
其三.通用性强:可替代现有的热像仪产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型是一种手机式热像仪,其结构如、图5所示:外壳呈手机形状,其上设有功能按键11和显示屏;红外成像组件中,镜头组件1位于外壳的顶端,探测器9装在外壳内腔的上部。
本实用新型的外形可以有两种形式:一种是类似有盖手机(见图1、图2、图3、图4),因此,通过转轴10,其外壳装有与之面壳6相连的翻盖3,翻盖3上装有大显示屏8,并且根据需要,面壳6上可以安装功能按键11和小显示屏4。另一种是类似无盖手机(见图5),因此,其外壳面壳6上装有大显示屏8(未画图)、功能按键11,或者根据需要,面壳6上还可以安装小显示屏4。小显示屏4可用于显示时间、温度和电量等。
根据需要,本实用新型的外壳内可以安装快门组件2、麦克风5、喇叭15、激光定位器14和语音存储等器件,在外壳侧部还可以设置USB接口12。快门组件2和激光定位器14位于外壳内腔的上部。在外壳的底壳17上,设有电池盖16。序号7、13分别是铭牌、电池。
本实用新型的工作原理同现有技术。

Claims (8)

1.一种包括外壳和红外成像组件的热像仪,其特征是一种手机式热像仪,其结构是:外壳呈手机形状,其上设有功能按键(11)和显示屏;镜头组件(1)位于外壳的顶端,探测器(9)装在外壳内腔的上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热像仪,其特征是外壳的面壳(6)装有大显示屏(8)、功能按键(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热像仪,其特征是外壳设有与之面壳(6)相连的翻盖(3),翻盖(3)上装有大显示屏(8),面壳(6)上装有功能按键(11)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的热像仪,其特征是面壳(6)装有小显示屏(4)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的热像仪,其特征是外壳内腔的上部装有快门组件(2)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热像仪,其特征是在外壳内腔的上部装有激光定位器(14)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的热像仪,其特征是在外壳内腔装有喇叭(15)和麦克风(5)。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的热像仪,其特征是外壳设有USB接口(12)。
