技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种集装箱顶盖。
背景技术：
目前，散货集装箱的顶盖一般为Φ500～Φ600的圆孔盖或稍大些的矩形盖，对于安息角较大的散货需要较多的孔盖，或在装货时通过其它机构抖动箱体以便多装货物，并且锁紧一般需通过众多的螺栓逐一螺紧，操作较为费时；也有顶盖为较大的矩形孔，但需在矩形孔中间加中间梁，实际上又将一个较大的矩形孔分隔成了两个较小的矩形孔，横梁影响进货，且中间梁上的残留物或由于货物及其它装运不当使横梁变形均影响顶盖密封；另有箱体顶部为一整体式顶盖，但需要通过额外的设备吊放顶盖，操作较不方便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，开启、关闭方便，密封性好，可保证获得最大载货空间的散货集装箱的新型顶盖。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征：包括两个装于集装箱顶板上的对开式矩形盖，其中一个矩形盖的开启端扣叠在另一矩形盖的开启端上。
在两矩形盖扣叠处上扣的矩形盖上设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条，在两矩形盖扣叠处下沿的矩形盖上，设置与上扣的矩形盖上密封胶条相应的折弯密封边。在对开式矩形盖的外周设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条，在密封胶条下方的集装箱顶板上设置相应的折弯密封边。在对开式矩形盖两侧的集装箱顶板上装锁杆，锁杆与可压在矩形盖上的压板连接。在两矩形盖扣叠处，设置锁紧装置。在对开式矩形盖内侧，设置将对开式矩形盖与集装箱顶板连接的插销。
本实用新型结构合理，开启、关闭方便，密封性好，对于单体较大和安息角较大的货物可不需借助外来机械设备，就能一次性装满货物，可保证获得最大载货空间，消除了带横梁矩形顶盖因变形等对装货及密封的影响。采用的内插销，可在装普通货物时，起到防盗作用。

具体实施方式：
一种散货集装箱的新型顶盖，包括两个通过铰链10装于集装箱顶板1上的对开式矩形盖2、3，其中矩形盖2的开启端扣叠在矩形盖3的开启端上。在两矩形盖2、3扣叠处上扣的矩形盖2上设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条4，在两矩形盖扣叠处下沿的矩形盖上3，设置与上扣的矩形盖2上密封胶条4相应的折弯密封边5，形成折弯密封边5与密封胶条4密封接合的形式，密封胶条4纵截面及折弯密封边5呈异形斜凹状，且胶条4端部上翻，形成整体封闭密封。在对开式矩形盖2、3的外周设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条6，在密封胶条6下方的集装箱顶板1上设置相应的折弯密封边7，形成折弯密封边7与密封胶条6密封接合的形式。在对开式矩形盖2、3两侧的集装箱顶板1上装锁杆8，锁杆8与可压在矩形盖上的压板9连接。在两矩形盖2、3扣叠处，设置锁紧装置11。在对开式矩形盖2、3内侧，设置将对开式矩形盖2、3与集装箱顶板1连接的插销12、13，可在装普通货物时，起到防盗作用。

1、一种散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：包括两个装于集装箱顶板上的对开式矩形盖，其中一个矩形盖的开启端扣叠在另一矩形盖的开启端上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：在两矩形盖扣叠处上扣的矩形盖上设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条，在两矩形盖扣叠处下沿的矩形盖上，设置与上扣的矩形盖上密封胶条相应的折弯密封边。
3、根据权利要求2所述的散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：在对开式矩形盖的外周设置密封槽，密封槽中装密封胶条，在密封胶条下方的集装箱顶板上设置相应的折弯密封边。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：在对开式矩形盖两侧的集装箱顶板上装锁杆，锁杆与可压在矩形盖上的压板连接。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：在两矩形盖扣叠处，设置锁紧装置。
6、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的散货集装箱的新型顶盖，其特征是：在对开式矩形盖内侧，设置将对开式矩形盖与集装箱顶板连接的插销。
