Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种纺制连续C形或中空碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于:喷丝孔由喷丝毛细孔和导孔组成,喷丝毛细孔的截面形状为单开口圆环状形,喷丝毛细孔的截面圆环的外径为φ0.5~2.0mm,内径为φ0.2~1.8mm,开口宽φ0.08~0.3mm,喷丝毛细孔长为0.5~2.0mm,导孔直径为φ1.0~4.0mm;喷丝孔在喷丝板板体上呈多层同心圆分布,且喷丝毛细孔的截面开口中心线方向均为背向喷丝板圆心方向。本实用新型结构简单,易于加工;用于纺制多孔连续异型截面碳化硅纤维,熔体流动性能优良,喷丝孔出口处熔体膨比正常,熔体不易破裂;异型截面规整性好,尺寸稳定,易于实现碳化硅纤维多孔连续异型截面纺丝;所纺纤维截面,通过调整工艺参数,可以为C形或中空形。

一种纺制多孔连续中空或C形碳化硅纤维的喷丝板
                            技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的设备,具体地说,是涉及一种纺制连续中空或C形碳化硅纤维的喷丝板。
                            背景技术
目前,通常用于制备中空或C形纤维的喷丝板,仅适于纺制常规高分子聚合物纤维,不适于纺制中空或C形这一类异形截面碳化硅纤维,这是因为,采用先驱体法制备连续中空或C形碳化硅纤维时,其先驱体转化物——聚碳硅烷与一般成纤高聚物相比,具有数均分子量低,支化度大,性脆等特点,其流变性能、熔体膨胀比、可纺性均有明显的不同。因此,采用目前公知的制备中空或C形纤维的喷丝板,在纺制聚碳硅烷时,熔体流动性能不佳,熔体容易破裂,形成断头,使所纺纤维尺寸不易稳定,难以得到预期的中空或C形截面,不能实现异型截面碳化硅纤维的连续纺丝。
                           实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可纺制连续截面规整、尺寸稳定的中空或C形碳化硅纤维的喷丝板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:(1)喷丝孔设计:喷丝孔由喷丝毛细孔和导孔组成,喷丝毛细孔的截面形状为单开口圆环状形,喷丝毛细孔的截面圆环的外径为φ0.5~2.0mm,内径为φ0.2~1.8mm,开口宽φ0.08~0.3mm,喷丝毛细孔长为0.5~2.0mm,导孔直径为φ1.0~4.0mm,此为本实用新型的必要特征;(2)喷丝孔的排布:喷丝孔的相邻孔间距宜相等,按照“相邻孔间距相等”原则,喷丝孔在喷丝板板体上宜呈多层同心圆分布,喷丝毛细孔的截面开口中心线方向最好为背向或者指向喷丝板圆心方向,喷丝板上的喷丝孔数没有严格限制,一般可为40~70孔;(3)喷丝板整体尺寸:可根据生产需要及喷丝孔数确定,当喷丝板上的喷丝孔数为40~70孔时,喷丝板板体直径宜为φ50~150mm;板体厚度可为10~50mm。上述(2)、(3)项特征为优选特征。喷丝板板体制作材料宜选用不锈钢或其它类似金属材料。
本实用新型结构简单,易于加工;用于纺制多孔连续异型截面碳化硅纤维,熔体流动性能优良,喷丝孔出口处熔体膨比正常,熔体不易破裂;异型截面规整性好,尺寸稳定,易于实现碳化硅纤维多孔连续异型截面纺丝;所纺纤维截面,通过调整工艺参数,可以为C形或中空形。

                         具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照附图,对于生产56孔C形截面碳化硅纤维,喷丝毛细孔1为单开口圆环形,且喷丝毛细孔的开口中心线方向均为背向喷丝板圆心方向,喷丝毛细孔1截面圆环的外径为φ0.9mm,内径为φ0.6mm,开口宽φ0.1mm,喷丝毛细孔长为0.6mm,导孔2直径为φ3mm。喷丝板板体3厚度为10mm,直径为70mm。喷丝孔在喷丝板板体3上的排布如下表所示:

Claims (9)

1.一种纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,包括板体,喷丝孔,其特征在于,喷丝孔由喷丝毛细孔和导孔组成,喷丝毛细孔的截面形状为单开口圆环状形,喷丝毛细孔的截面圆环的外径为φ0.5~2.0mm,内径为φ0.2~1.8mm,开口宽φ0.08~0.3mm,喷丝毛细孔长为0.5~2.0mm,导孔直径为φ1.0~4.0mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,所述喷丝孔的相邻孔间距相等。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,所述喷丝孔在喷丝板板体上呈多层同心圆分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝毛细孔截面开口中心线方向为背向或指向喷丝板圆心方向。
5.根据权利要求1或者2所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝板上的喷丝孔数为40~70孔。
6.根据权利要求3所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝板上的喷丝孔数为40~70孔。
7.根据权利要求4所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝板上的喷丝孔数为40~70孔。
8.根据权利要求1或者2所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝板板体直径φ50~150mm,板体厚度10~50mm。
9.根据权利要求4所述的纺制异形截面碳化硅纤维的喷丝板,其特征在于,喷丝板板体直径为φ50~150mm,板体厚度为10~50mm。
