一、技术领域    本实用新型属于橡胶连接件领域,特别是涉及一种以橡胶为主要构件的凝结泵轴承。
二、背景技术    目前,传统的凝结泵轴承为金属材料制造的硬表面轴承,由于凝结泵轴承是以自水作为轴承润滑工作介质,因此在停机期间,凝结泵轴与轴承容易锈死,启动时会造成电机烧毁。
三、发明内容    本实用新型提供一种凝结泵水润滑橡胶轴承,由轴承体1和轴向槽2组成,在圆筒形的轴承体1内壁上设置有上下连通的8条轴向槽2,轴向槽2的底面为圆弧形的光滑底而,水由于压差的作用沿轴向流动,在离心力的作用下,形成一层流动的水润滑膜,从而既起到了密封作用,又可起到润滑作用,能有效的防止泥沙杂物进入轴与轴承之间,减少磨损,延长轴和轴承的使用寿命,具有减振、降噪、高效、节能、耐磨、无污染、环保节能、延长凝结泵使用寿命的特点,这种具有圆弧凹槽结构的水润滑橡胶轴承比传统的硬表面轴承使用寿命长10倍以上,并能在任何水以及大多数化学和石油制品中使用,使用温度-20℃-+86℃,承载力达到3.5-5Mpa,最大操作速度超过40m/sec,最小操作速度约为0.05m/sec,轴承因连续液流而减振,其流量7.8L/25mm,摩擦系数为0.01-0.02,主要用于船舶轴流泵、深井泵和凝结泵等,作为浆叶、泵叶的支撑体。

五、具体实施方式    下面结合图1、图2和图3对本实用新型做进一步的说明,它由轴承体1和轴向槽2组成,在圆筒形的轴承体1内壁上设置有上下连通的8条轴向槽2,轴向槽2的底面为圆弧形的光滑底面,水由于压差的作用沿轴向流动,在离心力的作用下,形成一层流动的水润滑膜,从而既起到了密封作用,又可起到润滑作用,能有效的防止泥沙杂物进入轴与轴承之间,减少磨损,延长轴和轴承的使用寿命。

1、凝结泵水润滑橡胶轴承,由轴承体(1)和轴向槽(2)组成,其特征是在圆筒形的轴承体(1)内壁上设置有上下连通的8条轴向槽(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的凝结泵水润滑橡胶轴承,其特征是轴向槽(2)的底面为圆弧形的光滑底面。
