内压式膨胀螺栓,包括螺杆和套管,其特征在于:螺杆1有螺纹一端与螺帽固定为一体,螺杆另一端为圆锥体;套管2一端有内螺纹,等分切口端的内孔是不等径的倒锥形孔,端头内径小,内径渐大与套管主体内孔壁衍接。特点是:变换受力方式,增大套管的强度,并且受力点在孔深处,加强膨胀螺栓与孔壁的结合,强化了套管在孔内的负荷能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑构件、工程及更广泛用途的结构构件,一种内压式膨胀螺栓。
背景技术
现有的膨胀螺栓,由螺杆、螺帽和一端有轴向等分切口的套管组成。这种螺杆一端为底径大于螺杆的圆锥体状,其大径端延续为较小径螺杆,螺杆上有外螺纹。使用时套管的豁口端与螺杆的圆锥体端套在一起,置入钻好的孔内,另一端露出孔外,由螺帽旋紧将螺杆固定在孔中。这样,螺杆往往伸出螺帽,比墙体平面长出一截,不仅妨碍其它构件设置、有碍观瞻,更主要是其结构受力不合理。因为其重要受力件是螺杆,其大径端在孔底,而钻孔操作时,手发抖使孔中心控制不准,钻出的孔外口大;当螺栓受力被拽歪时,套管壁薄,分解力差,致使螺帽也随螺杆一起滑出孔,使膨胀螺栓的功能大打折扣。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内压式膨胀螺栓,变换受力方式,增大套管的强度,加强膨胀螺栓与孔壁的结合。
内压式膨胀螺栓,包括螺杆和套管,其特征在于:螺杆有螺纹一端与螺帽固定为一体,螺杆另一端为圆锥体;套管一端有内螺纹,等分切口端的内孔是不等径的倒锥形孔,端头内径小,内径渐大与套管主体内孔壁衍接。
本设计的内压式膨胀螺栓,具有如下优点:其一是:螺杆一端与螺帽为一体,旋紧时可与墙体持平,解决了杆外端伸出的问题;而当被固定物折卸时,还能把螺杆卸下取出,恢复墙体原样。其二是:套管的内螺纹使其与螺杆完全旋紧至螺帽,并且螺杆的另一尖端能钻入孔底,这样即使孔的外口大也不影响螺杆进入孔的深度。其三是:套管切口端壁加厚并与管壁厚度逐渐衍接,强化了套管在孔内的受力能力,并且受力点在孔深处,使膨胀螺杆的功能更好。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本设计的内压式膨胀螺栓:见图1;内压式膨胀螺栓,包括螺杆和套管,其特征在于:螺杆1有螺纹一端与螺帽固定为一体,螺杆另一端为圆锥体;螺杆1为不等径,大径端杆上有螺纹;螺纹末端与圆锥体的衍接是直径逐渐变为小径。参见图1、图2:套管2一端有内螺纹,另一轴向等分切口端的内孔是不等径的倒锥形孔,从图3和图1可见:端头内径小,端壁厚,内径渐大与套管主体内孔壁衍接,等分部位壁的厚度渐薄至与套管2主体壁的厚度相同。

1、内压式膨胀螺栓,包括螺杆和套管,其特征在于:螺杆(1)有螺纹一端有固定为一体的螺帽,螺杆(1)另一端为圆锥体;套管(2)一端有内螺纹,等分切口端的内孔是不等径的倒锥形孔,端头内径小、壁厚,内径渐大、等分部位壁的厚度渐薄直至与套管主体内孔壁衍接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内压式膨胀螺栓,其特征在于:螺杆(1)的圆柱体为不等径,其有螺帽的大径端杆上有螺纹。
