本实用新型涉及一种可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,包括前撑、后撑和加强档,所述的后撑包括托架、撑腿和衬板,衬板可拆卸地设于托架和撑腿结合处的内壁,所述的托架呈Y形,在所述前撑的底部、后撑与屋面接触的部分设有万向脚。本实用新型通过可调节高度的后撑的设置来适用多种屋面,将后撑的托架设计成Y形是将重心适当前移以增强支架的稳固性,万向脚的设置改以往的点接触为面接触,不仅使支架的安放更稳,且避免了对屋面瓦片的损坏。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器支架,尤其是一种可调式太阳能热水器万用支架。
背景技术
目前市场上有很多种太阳能热水器支架,大部分是采用一种由前撑和后撑组成人形支撑的支架,前撑设有放置真空管的尾座,后撑设有一些加强档以增强支架的稳固性,这些支架简洁实用,但其使用时受屋面形状的限制,或者只能适用于平屋顶、或者只能适用于斜屋顶,而不能同时适用于多种屋面;且很多种支架由于重心设计不合理,经不起大风,容易出现后撑向前折弯的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可根据屋顶情况调节从而适用于多种屋面,重心设计合理,将支架底部与屋面的点接触改为面接触的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架包括前撑、后撑和加强档,所述的后撑包括托架、撑腿和衬板,衬板可拆卸地设于托架和撑腿结合处的内壁。
所述的托架呈Y形。
衬板与托架、撑腿的结合处的螺孔呈腰圆形。
在所述前撑的底部、后撑与屋面接触的部分设有万向脚。
本实用新型结构的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,通过可调节高度的后撑的设置来适用多种屋面;将后撑的托架设计成Y形是将重心适当前移以增强支架的稳固性;万向脚的设置改以往的点接触为面接触,不仅使支架的安放更稳,且避免了对屋面瓦片的损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架包括前撑1、后撑2、万向脚3和一些加强档,加强档设于后撑之间。后撑2包括托架2-1、撑腿2-2、衬板2-3,托架2-1最好呈Y形,前撑1与托架2-1的一侧边呈人形支撑,衬板2-3上设有腰圆形螺孔2-4用于同托架2-1与撑腿2-2连接,衬板2-3也可以是只与托架连接,以调节高度适用不同的屋面。如果是平屋面,用衬板2-3将托架2-1与撑腿2-2连接,万向脚3设于前撑1和撑腿2-2的底部。如果是斜屋面可以将托架2-1与衬板2-3连接,降低后撑的高度来适应屋面的斜度,而螺孔2-4设置成腰圆形,也可以起到微调作用,以更好适应不同屋面的斜度。如果屋面的斜度要求支架后撑的高度更低,则仅以托架2-1作后撑。在前撑的底部和后撑与屋面接触的部分均可设有万向脚。所述的撑腿2-2的形状可以是如图1所示的流线型,也可以是直线型或其它形状。

1、一种可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,包括前撑、后撑和加强档,其特征在于所述的后撑(2)包括托架(2-1)、撑腿(2-2)和衬板(2-3),衬板(2-3)可拆卸地设于托架(2-1)和撑腿(2-2)结合处的内壁。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,其特征在于所述的托架(2-1)呈Y形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,其特征在于衬板(2-3)与托架(2-1)、撑腿(2-2)的结合处的螺孔(2-4)呈腰圆形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的可调式太阳能热水器万用支架,其特征在于在所述的前撑(1)底部、后撑(2)的与屋面接触的部分设有万向脚(3)。
