Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防水隔热保温建筑物屋面，即利用建筑物屋面架空层空腔内填充一种防水隔热保温材料，其填料层表面增设略有定坡度的斜面，斜面必须朝建筑物外墙倾斜，在斜面最低处安装出水管伸出外墙。填充材料由泡沫、聚乙烯醇乳胶、水泥按一定比例科学配比而成，可有效防水、隔热和保温。按上述方法设计，可有效利用建筑物空间，防止外来人、物件无意破损。可使填充料得到永久保护。即使屋面破损渗漏，其雨水会顺填充材料斜面经出水管排出。新建建筑物还可降低架空层，减轻建筑物重量，降低造价。它设计工艺简单，成本低、造价低，不但长久防水、隔热、保温，而且重量轻，防火、隔音，减少城市噪音干扰。

背景技术：
众所周知，建筑物顶层防水、防渗，保温、隔热非常重要，也是建筑物面建设一大难题。目前，现有的建筑屋顶的防水、防渗、保温、隔热的方法很多，一是造价昂贵，二是施工工艺复杂，施工维修极不方便，难以达到理想的效果。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是根据建筑物屋面防水、保温两大难题而提供一种施工维修方便，造价低廉，防水隔热效果好的防水隔热保温建筑物屋面。
本实用新型是这样实现的：即在建筑物顶端的支撑墙体上设有隔热层，隔热层内设置隔热架空层空腔，架空层空腔与建筑物顶中间增设防水隔热保温填料层，填料层用泡沫、聚乙烯淳乳胶、水泥设制呈一定斜度的斜面，并对墙体外设有排水管。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型是在建筑物顶端的支撑墙体(5)上设有防水隔热层(7)，防水隔热层(7)内设置有架空层空腔(8)，架空层空腔(8)与建筑物顶(6)中间增设6-12公分厚的防水隔热保温填料层(1)，填料层(1)采用泡沫、聚乙烯淳乳胶、水泥设制呈有一定斜度的斜面(2)，斜面(2)须朝建筑物顶(6)墙外方向倾斜，沿屋顶四围须用填料做成围边(3)，在斜面(2)最低处安装有排水管(4)，排水管伸出外墙长义10公分左右。
本防水隔热保温填料采用银珠泡沫、聚乙烯淳乳胶、水泥混合制成，能经受严寒酷热、风吹雨打，防水隔热保温效果好，还具有省工省时省料，重量轻、成本低、施工方便等优点。

1、一种防水隔热保温建筑物屋面，其特征在于建筑物顶端的支撑墙体(5)上设有隔热层(7)，隔热层(7)内设有架空层空腔(8)，架空层空腔(8)与建筑物顶(6)中间增设有一定斜度的斜面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防水隔热保温建筑物屋面，其特征在于防水隔热保温填料层(1)，采用泡沫、聚乙烯淳乳胶、水泥设制呈有一定斜度的斜面(2)，斜面(2)须朝建筑物顶(6)墙外方向倾斜，沿屋顶四周须用填料做成围边(2)和安设有排水管。
