本实用新型公开了一种污水净化用生物过滤帘带的结构,用黑色或深色的有机合成布料制作过滤吸附帘带的固定圈2,固定圈2的下部与有机合成材料制作的高表面积、高空隙度的过滤吸附帘3的上部连接。过滤吸附帘3的下部与有机合材料制作的高表面积、高空隙度的条状的吸附飘带4的上部连接,组成污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带1。把生物过滤吸附帘带1吊浮在需要净化处理污水的环境中,污水中的生物被吸附在过滤吸附帘3和条状吸附带4的表面上,在阳光和吸附繁衍的生物菌群的作用下,使污水中的生物迅速降解,污水中的氮、磷等化合物分解,达到净化污水的目。采用本实用新型,投资少、净化污水的效果好,克服了污水净化沉淀池、曝气池施工周期长,操作复杂的缺点。

本实用新型涉及污水净化装置,特别是一种污水净化用生物过滤帘带。
技术背景
目前先进的污水净化装置以沉淀池、曝气池等装置为主体,不仅投资昂贵、而且施工周期长,操作管理复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述的缺点,研制出一种污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带,结构科学、合理,投资少、运行费用低,操作简单,净化的效果好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
用黑色或深色的有机合成布料制作过滤吸附帘带的固定圈2,固定圈2的中间空腔可以穿过固定杆、绳,固定圈2的下部与有机合成材料制作的高表面积、高空隙度的过滤吸附帘3的上部连接。过滤吸附帘3的长度为200至600毫米,厚度为1至5毫米。过滤吸附帘3的下部与有机合材料制作的高表面积、高空隙度的条状的吸附飘带4的上部连接。每条吸附飘带4的宽度为10至30毫米,厚度为1至5毫米,长度为50至2000毫米,由固定圈2、过滤吸附帘3和吸附飘带4组成污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带1。
使用时可以用竹杆、浮标或绳穿入固定圈2,把生物过滤吸附帘带1吊浮在需要净化处理污水的环境中,污水中的生物被吸附在过滤吸附帘3和条状吸附带4的表面上,在阳光和吸附繁衍的生物菌群的作用下,使污水中的生物迅速降解,污水中的氮;磷等化合物分解,达到净化污水的目的。
由于采用本实用新型,投资少、净化污水的效果好,克服了污水净化沉淀池、曝气池施工周期长,操作复杂的缺点。

用黑色的有机合成布料制作过滤吸附帘带的固定圈2,固定圈2的中间空腔穿过固定绳,固定圈2的下部与有机合成材料制作的比表面积为245平方米的编织过滤吸附帘3的上部连接。过滤吸附帘3的长度为400毫米,厚度为3毫米。过滤吸附帘3的下部与有机合材料制作的比表面积为245平方米的编织的条状的吸附飘带4的上部连接。每条吸附飘带4的宽度为20毫米,厚度为4毫米,长度为1000毫米。由固定圈2、过滤吸附帘3和吸附飘带4组成污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带1。
使用时用绳穿入固定圈2,把多条生物过滤吸附帘带1吊按规定浮在需要净化处理污水的环境中,污水中的生物被吸附在过滤吸附帘3和条状吸附带4的表面上,在阳光和吸附繁衍的生物菌群的作用下,使污水中的生物迅速降解,污水中的氮、磷等化合物分解,达到净化污水的目。

1、污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带,其特征是:固定圈2的下部与过滤吸附帘3的上部连接,过滤吸附帘3的下部与条状的吸附飘带4的上部连接,由固定圈2、过滤吸附帘3和吸附飘带4组成污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带1。
2、根据权利要求1所述的污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带,其特征是:所述的过滤吸附帘3的长度为200至600毫米,厚度为1至5毫米。
3、根据权利要求1所述的污水净化用生物过滤吸附帘带,其特征是:所述的每条吸附飘带4的宽度为10至30毫米,厚度为1至5毫米,长度为50至2000毫米。
