发明内容:本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是背景技术存在的由于横杆与纵条接触面积小,因而焊接面积少,造成强度不高;另一方面,纵条厚度大且无孔,造成材料浪费而且在相同用钢量下刚度较低。解决该问题所采用的技术方案是:一种角型钢做纵条的钢格板,由若干均匀排布的横杆和若干均匀排布的纵条焊接而成,其特征在于纵条为角型钢。其中,横杆为外凸的弧面形状;角型钢外侧面设置若干圆孔。本实用新型与背景技术比较所具有的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,使得纵条与横杆接触面积增大,从而焊接面积加大,显著增强了焊接牢度,提高了钢格板的整体强度;另一方面,在这种结构下纵条厚度可以减薄,再通过其外侧面设置圆孔不仅节约了材料,而且显著提高了钢格板的刚度。
