Abstract
The utility model relates to a mould for assembling loudspeaker a hanging edge body and a vibrating plate. A hanging edge body with a rubber material and a vibrating plate with different materials are combined by the mould which has a unique structure, and the mould has integral forming and firm combining efficiency. After the vibrating plate and the rubber material are placed in a female mould and a male mould which are corresponding, the rubber material is heated and melted to integrally form the vibrating plate and the rubber material. The male mould is provided with a hanging edge body forming block and a rear combining sheet forming slot; the female mould is provided with a hanging edge body forming slot, a front combining sheet forming slot, a thermal expansion containing slot, and an electric heating tube. The mould can form the hanging edge body which is provided with the front combining sheet and the rear combining sheet, and can be integrally combined and formed with the vibrating plate.

Technical Field
The utility model relates to a combination of the dangling edge body and the vibrating plate of a loudspeaker, which can be integrated into a whole to form, and can achieve the effect of firmness and durability.
Background
The speaker is composed of a paper or metal diaphragm or a plastic diaphragm (also called a cone) and a suspension body with a rubber (rubber or foam) bonded to the periphery thereof. (1) the manual coating of the glue 4 may cause uneven adhesion, which affects the bonding firmness. Moreover, when the adhesive deteriorates, the adhesive will detach; therefore, it can be understood that the durability is poor.
(2) The vibration of the vibrating plate 1 is a forward and backward vibration (actuation), and because only one side is bonded, it will be actuated backward, which is a pulling action. That is, when vibrating backward, there is no overhang body auxiliary connection behind the vibrating plate, so the force is easy to separate the glue (which is more likely to occur when the glue is deteriorated).
(3) Due to the above two disadvantages, the synchronous linkage error during vibration will be caused and the generated sound quality will be affected (note: this is one of the factors of the cracking noise of the speaker).
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

a male die 20, which is provided with a die cavity 21 corresponding to the vibrating plate 1, the periphery of the male die is provided with a rear combined sheet forming groove 23, and the outer edge of the adjacent rear combined sheet forming groove 23 is provided with a convex suspended edge body forming block 22;
a female die 30, which is provided with another die cavity 31 corresponding to the die cavity 21 of the male die 20, the periphery of which is provided with a rear combined piece forming groove 23 corresponding to the male die 20, a front combined piece forming groove 33 corresponding to the edge suspension body forming block 22 and an adjacent edge suspension body forming groove 32, and an electric heating pipe 36 is arranged in the female die 30; in addition, the female mold 30 is provided at its inner periphery with spaced thermal expansion receiving grooves 34, 35.

(5) Due to the above functions and effects, the durability is good. In particular, the effect of synchronous linkage is good when the vibrating plate and the suspended edge body vibrate, so that the sound quality is better.

Detailed Description
As shown in FIG. 4, the vibrating plate 1 is placed into the cavity 31 of the female mold 30, and the rubber material 100 (such as rubber particles, rubber strips, rubber sheets) is placed into the overhanging body forming groove 32 of the cavity of the female mold, and the sulfur chemical material is added, and the female mold 20 and the male mold 30 are covered (as shown in FIG. 4A), and the electric heating tube 36 is heated, so that the rubber material 100 can be melted and respectively flow to the space between the overhanging body forming block 22 and the overhanging body forming groove 32, the space between the vibrating plate 1 and the rear bonding sheet forming groove 23 of the male mold 20, and the space between the vibrating plate 1 and the front bonding sheet forming groove 33 of the female mold 30, so as to form the integrated overhanging body 10, the front bonding sheet 11 and the rear bonding sheet 12, and to integrally bond the vibrating plate 11 and the rear bonding sheet 12.
Therefore, the structure of the present invention and the formed vibrating plate 1 combined with the finished suspended edge body have the following advantages:
(1) the forming of the suspended edge body 10 and the manufacturing procedure of the combined vibrating plate 1 can be completed by one processing procedure, and the effects of quick manufacturing and processing time cost reduction are achieved.
(2) The female mold 30 is provided with thermal expansion receiving grooves 34, 35, when the inserted vibrating plate 1 is heated and thermally expanded, the thermal expansion receiving grooves 34, 35 can just receive the thermally expanded portion, and the effect of generating wrinkle marks due to thermal expansion is avoided.
(3) The suspension body 10 has front and rear bonding pieces 11, 12 to form a double-sided bonding vibration plate 1, which can be understood to improve the bonding firmness.
(4) When the vibrating plate 1 vibrates forwards and backwards, the front and the back combining pieces 11 and 12 are linked, that is, the back combining piece 12 assists when the vibrating plate is actuated forwards, and the front combining piece 11 assists when the vibrating plate is actuated backwards, so that the problem of separation caused by pulling force (actuation is pulling force) is avoided.
