本实用新型涉及一种节能灯头,尤其是涉及一种通用的节能灯头。本实用新型的目的是:为了克服现有技术的节能灯头通用性差的缺点,提供一种多功能、使用方便的节能灯头。本实用新型是这样实现的,一种节能灯头,包括灯头插座、电线和接线盒,所述灯头插座的由基座、固定帽和固定盖构成;灯头插座的上端接有固定盖;电线上端固定接线盒的接线柱上;其特征在于:灯头插座内装有电子整流器和线板触片,所述电子整流器的通过线板触片与电线连接。所述灯头插座的底部设有凹槽,凹槽两边的表面设有两排对称孔,孔内设有灯脚触片,凹槽内设有卡脚。本实用新型的优点是,结构简单、使用方便、功能多样。

本实用新型涉及一种节能灯头,尤其是涉及一种通用的节能灯头。
背景技术:
目前,现有技术中,节能灯管有不同的类型,其所适用的整流方式也不相同。目前常用的9W~18W的节能灯管,主要分为二脚的电感式整流和四脚的电子式整流。因此其适配的灯头插座也不相同,相应的分为二孔插座和四孔插座两类,分别配接二脚和四脚灯管。两种类型的灯管及灯头插座不能混用。此类节能灯管及灯头插座的缺点是,功能单一、使用不方便,不能任意调换两种类型的灯管;若需调换,则需灯头插座与灯管一起调换、进行配套,很不方便,经济性差。
技术方案:
本实用新型的目的是:为了克服现有技术的节能灯头通用性差的缺点,提供一种多功能、使用方便的节能灯头。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种节能灯头,包括灯头插座1、电线5和接线盒6组成,所述灯头插座1的由基座、固定帽2和固定盖3构成,基座上部的外侧设有外螺纹12,其外部设有固定帽2,所述固定帽2为圆环形结构,其内壁设有螺纹21,与灯头插座1的外螺纹12相配合连接,灯头插座1的上端接有固定盖3,所述固定盖3为空心的圆锥形结构,顶部设有供电线窜过的通孔31;电线5上端固定接线盒6的接线柱上;其特征在于:灯头插座1内装有电子整流器82和线板触片83,所述线板触片83通过电子整流器82与电线5连接;所述灯头插座1的底部设有凹槽11,凹槽11两边的表面设有两排对称孔,孔内设有灯脚触片81,凹槽11内设有卡脚84,卡脚84的底部与线板触片83相接触。
所述两排对称孔共有三对,分别为13、14、15、16、17、18。
所述电线5与固定盖3的连接部设有扎线装置7,扎线装置7的一端插入固定盖3的通孔内。
所述扎线装置7由扎线管和扎线帽构成,扎线管的下端设有螺纹71,扎线帽4为锥形结构,其靠近底端的位置设有与扎线管配合的内螺纹41,其上端设有至少三片夹紧叶片。
本实用新型的优点是,结构简单、使用方便、功能多样。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型进行具体描述,本实用新型由包括灯头插座1、电线5和接线盒6组成,所述灯头插座1的由基座、固定帽2和固定盖3构成,基座上部的外侧设有外螺纹12,其外部接有固定帽2,所述固定帽2为圆环形结构,其内壁设有螺纹21,与灯头插座1的外螺纹12相配合连接,灯头插座1的上端接有固定盖3,所述固定盖3为空心的圆锥形结构,顶部设有供电线窜过的通孔31;灯头插座1内装有电子整流器82和线板触片83,所述线板触片83通过电子整流器82与电线5连接。所述灯头插座1的底部设有凹槽11,凹槽11两边的表面设有两排对称孔,所述两排对称孔共有三对,分别为13、14、15、16、17、18,孔内设有灯脚触片81,凹槽11内设有卡脚84,卡脚84的底部与线板触片83相接触。电线5上端固定在接线盒6的接线柱上;所述电线5与固定盖3的连接部设有扎线装置7,扎线装置7的一端插入固定盖3的通孔内。所述扎线装置7由扎线管和扎线帽构成,扎线管的下端设有螺纹71,扎线帽4为锥形结构,其靠近底端的位置设有与扎线管配合的内螺纹41,其上端设有四片夹紧叶片。所述的电子整流器82能适配9W~18W电子式和电感式整流的二脚式或四脚式灯管,其所使用的相关技术,为公知技术,这里不做描述。
使用时,接线盒6与天花板连接,电线通过天花板接入接线盒6,节能灯安装在灯头插座1上的,且根据灯管的脚形的需要选择Φ形孔。

1.一种节能灯头,包括灯头插座(1)、电线(5)和接线盒(6),所述灯头插座(1)的由基座、固定帽(2)和固定盖(3)构成,基座上部的外侧设有外螺纹(12),其外部接有固定帽(2),所述固定帽(2)为圆环形结构,其内壁设有螺纹(21),与灯头插座(1)的外螺纹(12)相配合连接,灯头插座(1)的上端接有固定盖(3),所述固定盖(3)为空心的圆锥形结构,顶部设有供电线窜过的通孔(31);电线(5)上端固定在接线盒(6)的接线柱上;其特征在于:灯头插座(1)内装有电子整流器(82)和线板触片(83),所述线板触片(83)通过电子整流器(82)与电线(5)连接;所述灯头插座(1)的底部设有凹槽(11),凹槽(11)两边的表面设有两排对称孔,孔内设有灯脚触片(81),凹槽(11)内设有卡脚(84),卡脚(84)的底部与线板触片(83)的相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能灯头,其特征在于:所述的两排对称孔共有三对,分别为(13)、(14)、(15)、(16)、(17)、(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能灯头,其特征在于:所述的电线(5)与固定盖(3)的连接部设有扎线装置(7),扎线装置(7)的一端插入固定盖(3)的通孔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能灯头,其特征在于:所述的扎线装置(7)由扎线管和扎线帽构成,扎线管的下端设有螺纹(71),扎线帽(4)为锥形结构,其靠近底端的位置设有与扎线管配合的内螺纹(41),其上端设有至少三片夹紧叶片。
