背景技术
现有的立式铁辊碾米机的排糠机构由包括喷风风网、排糠室、排糠风机，排糠室设置在立式铁辊碾米机的碾白室下方，排糠风机设置在排糠室的出糠口，排糠室内还设有刮板。碾白室内的米糠在喷风风网的作用下排出碾白室，进入排糠室，再由刮板将米糠输送至出糠口，同时由排糠风机吸出。由于在碾白室下方设置了排糠室，碾米机高度及碾白室外壳相应地增加，整体结构庞大。因此，碾米机的生产制造成本增加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构紧凑合理，节约生产制造成本，排糠效果好的立式铁辊碾米机排糠机构。
本实用新型的目的是通过对现有的立式铁辊碾米机的排糠机构的改进实现的，立式铁辊碾米机排糠机构，包括喷风风网、排糠风机、碾白室、碾白室外壳、出糠口，其特征是在出糠口对面的碾白室外壳下部两侧设有若干补风口。所述的若干补风口间隔设置在出糠口对面的碾白室外壳下部两侧。
在生产过程中，经过碾白室加工后的米糠在喷风风网的作用下排出碾白室，进入碾白室与碾白室外壳的间隙内。此时，在出糠口两侧的米糠可以直接由排糠风机排至出糠口；在出糠口对面的米糠则通过补风口进入的外界自然风的作用下排至出糠口。因此，该排糠机构可以顺利地将碾白室内的所有米糠排入出糠口。
本实用新型结构简单紧凑，生产制造容易，采用补风口替代刮板，由补风口进风带动米糠排出，排糠效果好，有利于碾白室内米糠迅速下落排出，提高碾米质量。降低碾米机及碾白室外壳高度，节省材料，降低设备制造成本和运行管理费用。
