背景技术：
现有的精梳机用顶梳，多数采用预先排针后装配的方式，需要另行制作专用的装配夹具或专用设备来完成排针，然后将顶梳装配到顶梳板上，其制造工艺过程比较复杂。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，装配方便，制造容易的精梳机用顶梳。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种精梳机用顶梳，包括基板、梳针，其特征：基板与梳针采用凹凸结构形式嵌合。
在梳针的左右两端设置左、右封头，左、右封头与基板下部连接。左、右封头与基板下部采用凹凸结构形式嵌合。基板下部设置加强凸起。
本实用新型结构合理，装配方便，制造容易，基板下部采用加强突，更有利于加强基板刚度，使用效果好。

具体实施方式：
一种精梳机用顶梳，包括基板1、梳针2，基板1与梳针2采用凹凸结构形式嵌合，即在基板1下部设置有槽，梳针2上部设置凸起，梳针2上的突起与基板1下部的槽嵌合。在梳针2的左右两端设置左、右封头3、4，起到固定梳针2的作用。左、右封头3、4与基板1下部连接采用凹凸结构形式嵌合，即在基板1下部设置有槽，左、右封头上部设置凸起，左、右封头上的突起与基板1下部的槽嵌合。基板1下部设置加强凸起5，用于加强基板1的刚度。
当然，本实用新型还可以有其它合适实施例，例左、右封头与基板用胶水粘接。

1、一种精梳机用顶梳，包括基板、梳针，其特征是：基板与梳针采用凹凸结构形式嵌合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的精梳机用顶梳，其特征是：在梳针的左右两端设置左、右封头，左、右封头与基板下部连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的精梳机用顶梳，其特征是：左、右封头与基板下部采用凹凸结构形式嵌合。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的精梳机用顶梳，其特征是：基板下部设置加强凸起。
