Abstract

本实用新型一种托辊轴承座,由座体[1]以及安装在座体内的轴承[6]、迷宫式内、外密封圈[5、4]组成,内密封圈[5]外端与座体大端面[11]对应处有环形的防水防尘护罩[12]。内外密封圈在护罩处有迷宫式间隙。由于省去原结构中的防护罩和防尘罩,不仅结构简单,零件减少,且座体深度减少,节约材料,使制造成本大大降低。同时通过延长迷宫间隙和长度,提高了密封效果,可延长托辊的使用寿命。

一种托辊轴承座
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种用于带式输送机上的托辊轴承座。
背景技术  托辊轴承座是带式输送机上的一个用量最大的通用部件,其质量好坏直接影响托辊质量乃至带式输送机整机的质量。TK型托辊轴承座是带式输送机上应用较为普遍的一种轴承座,其结构如图1所示,由座体[1]和安装在座体内的内密封环[7]、轴承[6]、迷宫式内外密封圈[5、4]、防尘罩[3]和防护罩[2]组成。座体[1]外圈通过焊接固定在托辊的筒体[8]上,内密封环、轴承、内密封圈和防护罩固定在托辊轴[9]上,防护罩外侧的轴上设有挡圈[10],内外密封圈相对应的端面上有相互嵌套的环形凸起和凹槽,相互配合后在中间形成迷宫式间隙,防尘罩中间有向外凸起的环并嵌入防护罩内侧的环形槽中,防尘罩四周有向内凸起的与座体内壁配合的环,并嵌入座体与外密封圈之间。也有的托辊轴承座上不设内密封环。水和粉尘必须经过防护罩与防尘罩之间的间隙,再绕过内外密封圈中间的迷宫才能到达轴承位置,可有效地防止水和粉尘的侵入,起到保护轴承的作用。但由于其防水防尘的结构较复杂,其制造导致成本较高。
发明内容  本实用新型所要解决的是上述托辊轴承座制造成本较高的问题。
本实用新型提出一种防水防尘结构简单的轴承座,由座体以及安装在座体内的轴承、迷宫式内外密封圈组成,内外密封圈相对应的端面上有相互嵌套的环形凸起和凹槽,相互配合后在中间形成迷宫式间隙,内密封圈外端与座体大端面对应处有环形的防水防尘护罩。水和粉尘经过护罩与座体大端面之间的间隙,再经过内外密封圈中间的迷宫式间隙才能到达轴承位置,这种结构同样可有效地防止水和粉尘的侵入,起到保护轴承的作用。
为了提高防水防尘的密封效果,内密封圈外端的护罩上有环形凹槽,外密封圈上有与上述凹槽配合的环形凸起,该环形凹槽和环形凸起配合形成迷宫式间隙,延长了水和粉尘侵入的迷宫间隙的长度。
由于本实用新型护罩与内密封圈边成一体,并省去原结构中的防护罩和防尘罩,不仅使防水防尘结构简单,减少了零件,减少座体的深度,节约材料,使制造成本大大降低。同时通过延长迷宫间隙和长度,提高了密封效果,可延长托辊的使用寿命。

具体实施方式  由图2所示,由座体[1]和安装在座体内的轴承[6]、迷宫式内外密封圈[5、4]组成。座体大端面[11]外缘通过焊接固定在托辊的筒体[8]上,内外密封圈相对应的端面上有相互嵌套的环形凸起和凹槽,相互配合后在中间形成迷宫式间隙。内密封圈[5]由挡圈[10]在托辊轴[9]上定位,内密封圈[5]外端与座体大端面[11]对应处有环形的防水防尘护罩[12]。内密封圈[5]外端的护罩[12]内侧有环形凹槽[13],外密封圈[4]外端有与上述凹槽[13]配合的环形凸起[14]。上述内密封圈上的凹槽[13]与外密封圈上的环形凸起[14]配合后在座体大端面[11]处形成一道迷宫式间隙,水和粉尘经过护罩与座体大端面之间的间隙,再绕过内外密封圈中间的迷宫到达轴承位置,由于路径较长,可有效地防止水和粉尘的侵入,起到保护轴承的作用。同时内外密封圈在座体大端面处增加一道迷宫间隙,提高了密封效果。

1、一种托辊轴承座,由座体[1]以及安装在座体内的轴承[6]、迷宫式内外密封圈[5、4]组成,内外密封圈相对应的端面上有相互嵌套的环形凸起和凹槽,相互配合后在中间形成迷宫式间隙,其特征在于内密封圈[5]外端与座体大端面[11]对应处有环形的防水防尘护罩[12]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴承座,其特征在于所述内密封圈[5]外端的护罩[12]内侧有环形凹槽[13],外密封圈[4]上有与上述凹槽[13]配合的环形凸起[14]。
