本实用新型公开一种铺设在铁轨与枕木之间的轨道减振器。它含有承轨板,该承轨板为长方形。承轨板之下依次设置有橡胶板和底板,橡胶板的上、下面分别与承轨板和底板相粘接。承轨板的两个对角上均有销座,销座上有销孔,该销孔与承轨板及其两侧边相平行。承轨板的另两个对角上和橡胶板相应的两个对角上均有缺角,与该缺角相应的底板两个对角上加工有通孔。这种轨道减振器,可大大降低机车的运行噪音和振动幅度。适用于轻轨或地下铁路上。

轨道减振器
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铁路减振构件。具体说,是铺设在铁轨与枕木之间的轨道减振器,适用于轻轨或地下铁路上。
(二)背景技术
为降低机车的运行噪音、减轻其振动幅度,在轻轨或地下铁路的铁轨与枕木之间大都铺设有一块钢板作为减振装置。由于这种减振装置仅有一块钢板,机车运行过程中仍会产生较大幅度的振动和较高的噪音。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轨道减振器。这种轨道减振器,可大大降低机车的运行噪音和振动幅度。
本实用新型的上述目的由以下技术解决方案实现:
本实用新型的轨道减振器,含有承轨板,该承轨板为长方形。其特点是承轨板之下依次设置有橡胶板和底板,橡胶板的上、下面分别与承轨板和底板相粘接。承轨板的两个对角上均有销座,销座上有销孔,该销孔与承轨板及其两侧边相平行。承轨板的另两个对角上和橡胶板相应的两个对角上均有缺角,与该缺角相应的底板两个对角上加工有通孔。
采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本实用新型的轨道减振器是在承轨板与底板间粘接一层橡胶板而构成,借助于橡胶板的弹性,不仅大大减轻了机车在运行过程中的振动幅度,还大大降低了机车在运行过程中的噪音。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的轨道减振器为三层结构,其上、中、下层分别为承轨板3、橡胶板5和底板6,该承轨板、橡胶板和底板均为大小相等的长方形。橡胶板5的上、下面分别粘接在承轨板3的下面和底板6的上面。承轨板3的两个对角上均加工有销座2,该两销座与承轨板3形成为一体,其上均加工有销孔1。所说的销孔1与承轨板3的两侧边即两短边相平行。使用状态下,每个销孔1内均插有一个销轴,每个销轴上均套有一个扭簧,其作用是通过该扭簧使铁轨与承轨板3间相固定。承轨板3的另两个对角上和橡胶板5上的对应角上均切去一个方块以便形成缺角,与该两缺角相对应的底板6两个对角上各加工一个通孔7。使用状态下,借助于道钉和通孔7可使铁轨、枕木和本实用新型的轨道减振器间相固定。
另外,为进一步提高本实用新型的减振效果,在橡胶板5上还均匀地加工有与其两侧边即其两短边相平行的小孔4。

1.轨道减振器,包括承轨板(3),该承轨板为长方形,其特征在于承轨板(3)之下依次设置有橡胶板(5)和底板(6),橡胶板(5)的上、下面分别与承轨板(3)和底板(6)相粘接;承轨板(3)的两个对角上均有销座(2),销座(2)上有销孔(1),该销孔与承轨板(3)及其两侧边相平行;承轨板(3)的另两个对角上和橡胶板(5)相应的两个对角上均有缺角,与该缺角相应的底板(6)两个对角上加工有通孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道减振器,其特征在于橡胶板(5)上均匀地加工有与其板面相平行的小孔(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轨道减振器,其特征在于所说的小孔(4)与橡胶板(5)的两侧边相平行。
