Abstract

本实用新型的目的是提供一种建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构，以弥补现有技术中存在的不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：一种建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构，在建筑物延伸至地下外墙的外侧面设有保温层、防水层和保护层；所述保温层为聚苯乙烯板制成，连接在地下混凝土外墙上，在作为保温层的聚苯乙烯板外表面上附着有防水层，防水层外设有用砖砌成的保护层。
所述保温层、防水层和保护层高于地表面，并且延伸于冻土层下面30厘米-50厘米。
本实用新型建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构的优点是：由于采用了地下保温防水措施，增强了建筑物整体保温防水性能，尤其是在冬季，能够有效地隔断冻土对建筑物的影响，提高了室内的保温效果，节约能源，延长了建筑物的使用寿命。

如图1所示，本实用新型涉及的建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构的一种实施方式，在建筑物延伸至地下砼墙体1的外表面设有保温层2、防水层3和保护层4；所述保温层2为聚苯乙烯板制成，贴附在地下砼墙体1上，在聚苯乙烯板保温层2外表面上附着有防水层3，防水层3外设有用砖砌成的保护层4，所述设置的保温层2、防水层3和保护层4高于地表面，并且深于冻土层下面50厘米。

1.一种建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构，其特征在于：在建筑物延伸至地下外墙外表面设有保温层、防水层和保护层；所述保温层为聚苯乙烯板制成，在聚苯乙烯板保温层的外侧附着有防水层，防水层外设有用砖砌成的保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑物地下外墙保温防水结构，其特征在于：设置的保温层、防水层和保护层高于地表面，并且延伸于冻土层下面30厘米-50厘米。
