技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型建筑节能外墙保温材料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，建筑节能问题引起了越来越多的重视。在我国北方寒冷地区的建筑采暖能耗已占当地全社会能耗的20%以上，且绝大部分都是采用火力发电和燃煤锅炉，同时给环境带来严重的污染。在建筑中，外围护结构的热损耗较大，外围护结构中墙体又占了很大份额。外墙保温的优越性是十分明显的，它能避免建筑热桥，避免墙体冬季结露；可以保护主体结构，减少温度应力，增加结构寿命；比内保温增多建筑使用面积；在既有房屋节能改造时不致干扰原有住户生活；使建筑物更为美观等等。与此同时，由于我国居住建筑以砖和混结构为主，结构厚重，热容量大，在采用外墙外保温的条件下，建筑热稳定性良好，因而房屋冬暖夏凉，居住舒适。所以建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展是建筑节能技术的一个最重要的环节，发展外墙保温技术及节能材料则是建筑节能的主要实现方式。
外墙外保温系统在技术和施工工艺上也经历了一个不断发展的过程。比如，在北京早期的膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统的技术和施工工艺比较简单，主要采用聚合物粘结砂浆将聚苯乙烯发泡板材直接粘贴在墙上，将玻璃纤维网格布贴在聚苯板上，然后再抹3-5MM厚的聚合物抹面砂浆，而聚合物粘结砂浆和抹面砂浆所用聚合物基本上都是从国外进口的，价格昂贵，但这些材料和施工工艺在外墙外保温中的一些质量技术问题很快就暴露出来，常出现开裂、脱落问题，为稳固聚苯板，在粘贴好聚苯板后，用膨胀螺丝钉铆固，刚开始是每平方米铆4个钢钉，后来觉得不很保险，现在有的要铆6个甚至达到10个钢钉，只要铆钉起到了作用，可能暂时在二三年或数年内聚苯板及薄抹灰层是掉不下来，但难以保证数十年、上百年不脱落，从目前状况看，外墙外保温层安全可靠性程度如何，能使用多少年，可能谁也难以做结论。
实践证明，建筑节能最直接有效的方法是使用保温隔热材料。2009年央视大火和2010年上海“11-15”火灾，促使国家出台建筑节能领域的保温材料的防火性能技术要求与行政法规。防火成为建筑保温材料必须考虑的一个重要问题，保温隔热材料的燃烧性能越来越成为建筑材料选择的重要依据。
发明内容
为了解决传统保温材料防火性能差，耐用性能弱的问题，本实用新型提供一种不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，包括:
保温装饰一体板主体，其包括：保温板底层（2），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板保温层（5），其由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，纤维的两端分别与保温板装饰层（6）和保温板底层（2）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板装饰层（6），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结。
优选地，所述不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，还包括：墙体（1），其与所述保温装饰一体板主体安装采用自粘贴法技术或附加固定件的粘锚结合方法，或采用外挂外保温技术。
优选地，所述保温板保温层（5）由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，玻璃纤维平均直径为3-8μm，导热系数（20℃0.032～0.035W/m·K）。
优选地，所述保温板底层（2）材料为玻璃丝布、防潮玻璃丝布、硅酸钙板。
优选地，所述保温板装饰层（6）材料为天然石材、仿大理石石材、铝合金复合板、铝合金板、瓷砖。
采用本实用新型制作的外墙保温板，具有以下优点：
(1) 外墙保温板整体耐火性能好，属A级不燃产品；
(2) 整体材料轻，可以减轻承重，不仅环保而且保温隔热效果好；
(3) 装饰性强，耐候性好，耐用性高，不会腐烂、发霉，不会与水泥发生反应；
(4) 其施工方便，安装快捷，工序简化，施工工期短；
(5)外墙保温装饰一体，降低综合成本。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型一种不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板在外墙外保温施工应用的结构示意图。首先对最内层的墙体（1）进行处理，做到表面应清洁无污垢、无油污涂料泥土等其他妨碍粘结的材料，基层表面做到坚实平整，无凸起、空鼓、疏松；在处理平整的墙体（1）表面涂刷上粘结剂，将保温装饰一体板主体与墙体（1）进行粘结，保温装饰一体板主体包括：保温板底层（2），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板保温层（5），其由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，纤维的两端分别与保温板装饰层（6）和保温板底层（2）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板装饰层（6），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结。不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板主体之间的缝隙内，填充泡沫塑料保温条（3）和防水密封耐候胶（4）。
图2为本实用新型不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板的结构示意图。不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，墙体（1）的表层经清洁平整处理涂抹粘结剂后与保温装饰一体板主体粘结，保温装饰一体板主体包括：保温板底层（2），其材料采用玻璃丝布、防潮玻璃丝布或无机硅酸钙板，与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板保温层（5），其由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，玻璃纤维平均直径为3-8μm，导热系数（20℃0.032～0.035W/m·K），纤维的两端分别与保温板装饰层（6）和保温板底层（2）通过粘结剂粘结；保温板装饰层（6），其材料采用天然石材、仿大理石石材、铝合金复合板、铝合金板、瓷砖，与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结；不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板主体之间的缝隙内，填充泡沫塑料保温条（3）和防水密封耐候胶（4），粘结剂和防水密封耐候胶（4）完全固化牢固后，清洁装饰层表面后即可得到一个保温装饰一体的外墙。
本实用新型所述不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板在应用中，墙体（1）与保温装饰一体板主体采用自粘贴法或附加固定件的粘锚结合方法固定保温板或采用外挂外保温技术。

1.一种不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：包括保温装饰一体板主体，其包括：
保温板底层（2），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结；
保温板保温层（5），其由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，纤维的两端分别与保温板装饰层（6）和保温板底层（2）通过粘结剂粘结；
保温板装饰层（6），其与保温板保温层（5）通过粘结剂粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：还包括墙体（1），其与所述保温装饰一体板主体安装采用自粘贴法技术或附加固定件的粘锚结合方法，或采用外挂外保温技术。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：所述保温板保温层（5）由无甲醛不燃玻璃纤维粘结而成，玻璃纤维平均直径为3-8μm，导热系数20℃0.032～0.035W/m·K。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：所述保温板底层（2）材料为玻璃丝布或防潮玻璃丝布或硅酸钙板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不燃环保型无甲醛玻璃棉外墙保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：所述保温板装饰层（6）材料为天然石材或仿大理石石材或铝合金复合板或铝合金板或瓷砖。
