本实用新型涉及一种光源,尤指带反射罩的节能灯,通过在呈锥台状的金属反光罩后部有一孔,电路板座后部的圆柱穿过孔且卡在金属反光罩后部处,一卡环穿过电路板座的后部的圆柱与金属反光罩后部贴在一起,灯尾固定在圆柱上,一透明灯罩固定在金属反光罩前部的缘处,解决了以往的带反射罩的节能灯散热条件不好灯内部线路板的寿命短,反射罩容易碎的问题。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种光源,尤指带反射罩的节能灯。
背景技术  众所周知,现在市场上有一种带反光罩的节能灯,这种节能灯在灯管的周围加了一锥形的玻璃反光罩,利用反光罩对光线的会聚原理解决了以往的节能灯具实际利用光效不高的问题。但是由于反光罩的材质采用了玻璃制造散热条件不好,严重影响了灯内部线路板的寿命,并且在运输、使用过程中反射罩也容易破碎。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于推出一种新型的带反射罩的一体化节能灯,解决了以往的带反射罩的节能灯散热条件不好灯内部线路板的寿命短,反射罩容易碎的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:呈锥台状的金属反光罩后部有一孔,电路板座后部的圆柱穿过孔且卡在金属反光罩后部处,一卡环穿过电路板座的后部的圆柱与金属反光罩后部贴在一起,灯尾固定在圆柱上,与电路板固定在一起的灯管固定在电路板座上,一透明灯罩固定在金属反光罩前部的缘处。
本实用新型由于灯具壳体的反光罩部分为金属反光罩,因而可以直接使用做反光部分不需做另外的涂层,且由于金属的材质特性杜绝了反光罩露光现象和易碎现象的出现,金属壳体部位直接和灯具内部相通,使灯具内部的热量及时的传递出来,使电路板的寿命、可靠性提高。

具体实施方式  下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式予以详细说明
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括金属反光罩3,透明灯罩7,灯管6,电路板5,电路板座4,卡环2,灯尾1,呈锥台状的金属反光罩3后部有一孔,电路板座4后部的圆柱穿过孔,由于电路板座4的外形与金属反光罩3后部一致于是卡在了金属反光罩3后部处,一卡环2穿过电路板座4后部的圆柱与金属反光罩3后部贴在一起,把灯尾1固定在圆柱上,使金属反光罩3被灯尾1、卡环2和电路板座4组成的机构固定在一起,且由于卡环2的作用使灯尾1和金属反光罩3绝缘开来,与灯管6固定在一起的电路板5固定在电路板座4上,一透明灯罩7固定在金属反光罩前部的缘处。

  1. 本实用新型涉及一种带反射罩的节能灯,包括反光罩、透明灯罩、灯管、电路板、灯尾,其特征在于呈锥台状的金属反光罩后部有一孔,电路板座后部的圆柱穿过孔且卡在金属反光罩后部处,一卡环穿过电路板座的后部的圆柱与金属反光罩后部贴在一起,灯尾固定在圆柱上,与电路板固定在一起的灯管固定在电路板座上,一透明灯罩固定在金属反光罩前部的缘处。
