背景技术：目前，医用针刀器械已为人们所熟知，主要包括针头、针杆和手柄，常用针刀器械由于刃口短，对切割分离大面积软组织往往力不从心，速度慢，操作不顺手。常规的各种手术刀片经卡槽与较粗的直刀柄相连，适于作开放性切口切割组织，难以经小切口施行闭合性手术。
发明内容：为了弥补通常手术针刀器械的不足，本实用新型提供一种可进行针刺、锯开、铲割、切断的锯针刀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种手术用的锯针刀，包括针头、针杆和手柄，其特征在于：针头与针杆为一体，前端为呈薄片形的针头，后端为针杆，针头一侧为长刃口，另一侧有短刃口和锯齿，针头尖端为一锐角针。
本实用新型的有益效果：该器械可经皮作微小切口行闭合性手术，有刺入病灶组织潜行切开铲割，锯开割断剥离组织的功能。能完成切割分离，松解粘连，截骨矫形，尤其适用于大面积软组织的切开分离；能将某些传统的开放切口手术改为切口较小的闭合性手术。由于锯针刀细小，手术切口微小，术后不用缝合，经包扎处理即可，术后护理简单。手术操作简便、快捷，技术容易掌握。具有外观美、痛苦小、恢复快、费用少、疗效高的特点。

具体实施方式：
如图1、图2所示，一种手术用的锯针刀，包括针头1和针杆2，针头1与针杆2为一体，前端为针头1，后端为针杆2，针头1一侧为长刃口3，另一侧有短刃口4和锯齿5，针头1尖端为一锐角针6，针杆2可为扁形或圆形，在针杆2后端连有手柄7，手柄7便于握持。
选择可加工成刃具的不锈钢条，按图所示形状制成针头1，针杆2坯品，然后在一侧磨出长刃口3，另一侧磨出短刃口4接着加工出锯齿5，针头1尖端加工成锐角状针，针杆2根据使用需要接入各种形式的手柄，手术时，因锯针刀尖端戳破皮肤，刺入病灶组织来回抽动操作，这样锯针刀能完成潜行切开铲割，锯开割断剥离组织的操作，术后进行包扎处理即可。

1、一种手术用的锯针刀，包括针头、针杆和手柄，其特征在于：针头与针杆为一体，前端为针头，后端为针杆，针头一侧为长刃口，另一侧有短刃口和锯齿，针头尖端为一锐角针。

3、根据权利要求1所述的锯针刀，其特征在于：在针杆后端连有手柄。
