Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种联接件,特别是一种用于在木头或塑料等非刚性材料上固定的木螺钉。本实用新型的螺纹部分按直杆螺纹设置,螺钉前的锥角为30度,锥角带有一个铣尾结构,本实用新型在于螺纹牙型角为30度,在于螺钉的螺纹部分与有螺纹的光杆部分间设有一段滚花形成的肩形凸出部分,螺钉头部的颈部锥面上设有至少两条与螺钉轴线相倾斜的齿形螺旋状凸起物。本实用型可以使其攻入材料内时更为省力、容易,并可以自动形成埋头孔。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种联接件,特别是一种用于在木头或塑料等非刚性材料上固定的木螺钉。本实用新型中有带锥角的螺纹部分和螺钉头部,螺钉的头部可以是沉头的,也可以是半球形的,或者其它形状的,在螺钉头部有与工具搬拧配合的凹槽,所述的凹槽可以是一字槽,也可以是内凹的十字槽,或者其它的形状的凹槽。
背景技术
现有木螺钉均是由带有锥角并沿锥形杆设置的螺纹部分和螺钉头部组成。其中螺钉的头部可以是沉头的,也有半球形的,或者其它形状的,而螺钉头部有与工具搬拧配合的凹槽,有一字槽的,也有内凹十字槽的。现有木螺钉的锥角或者是45度角,或者是60度角,锥角前端是由旋转螺纹形成的尖头。现有木螺钉在使用中有以下三点不足:由于其锥角为45度或60度,而螺纹的牙型角均为60度,使其进入材料时阻力较大,因此现有木螺钉手工拧入较为困难,特别是用于硬木质材料时很难拧入,经常会发生将螺钉头部凹槽拧坏的情况;在攻入木质材料时,因螺钉尖是由旋转的螺纹构成,在转动时会形成较大的侧向力矩,易发生偏离中心位置的问题;另外,由于现有螺钉为锥形,在进入材料内部时既会受到径向力,也会受到轴向的力,其应力状态较为复杂,因此容易使被攻入的木质材料产生胀裂现象,甚至使材料产生纵裂而无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种可以克服现有技术不足,能较为容易的攻入硬质木料,不会产生偏离中心位置,而且不易发生木质材料胀裂的新型木螺钉。
本实用新型的目的通过以下措施实现:
将螺纹部分按直杆螺纹设置,而不同于现有技术中将螺纹按锥形设置,同时将木螺钉前的锥角制成30度,使其在攻入材料内时较为容易。
本实用新型的木螺钉螺纹部分前端的锥角带有一个铣尾结构,其铣尾的未端和螺纹相交部分与螺纹端部相切,在实际制造中可将锥角处的螺纹铣去一至二扣的完整牙。采用这一结构可以使螺钉的锥角与螺纹的结合处形成如同丝锥样的刃口,在拧入材料时,该刃口部分具有自切削功能,可以使螺钉攻入材料时更为轻松,同时能避免拧入螺钉时产生偏离中心的现象。
本实用新型的螺纹采用30度牙型角。在螺钉攻入材料时,30度牙型角的螺纹比现有技术中60度牙型角的螺纹将更为省力。
本实用新型的螺钉在螺纹部分与螺钉头间可有一段不带有螺纹的光杆,而在螺纹部分与光杆部分间可设有一段滚花形成的肩形凸出部分。这一结构可以进一步减小使被螺钉作用的木质胀裂的现象。
本实用新型的螺钉头部如为带有锥面的沉头结构时,在沉头结构的颈部锥面上可设有至少两条与螺钉轴线相倾斜的齿形螺旋状凸起物。这一结构一方面可以增强防止木质材料与螺钉作用时的胀裂现象,同时还可以在螺钉攻入材料时起扩孔的作用,自动形成材料上的埋头孔。
本实用新型的螺钉头部与工具搬拧配合的凹槽可以制成内凹的方孔或内凹的六方孔。在拧入螺钉时可使用内四方或内六角扳手进行作业,与使用螺丝刀拧木螺钉相比,一方面可以增大拧动的力矩,使拧入作业更为省力,另一方面也可以完全避免工具从槽上滑脱的现象。

具体实施方式
本实用新型以下结合附图解说:
本实用新型的螺纹部分3为直杆螺纹,螺钉的锥角1为30度角。在锥角上设有铣尾部分2,其中的铣尾部分2可以铣去端部的一至二扣完整的螺纹牙,并与螺纹首尖点相切,使螺钉的锥角与螺纹的结合处形成如同丝锥样的刃口。本实用新型螺纹部分3的螺纹牙型角为30度,螺钉的螺纹部分3与光杆部位5之间设有一段由滚花形成的肩形凸出部分4。另外在螺钉头部6的锥面上设有两至四条呈齿形螺旋状凸起物7。1螺钉头部6与工具相配合的孔为内四方孔8,当然孔8也可以做成内六角孔。
通过以上的方案介绍和附图展示可见,本实用新型的锥角为尖头,在拧动螺钉时其攻入材料内部分可起到定位的作用。其后的铣尾部分有类似丝锥作用,可在材料孔中形成螺纹。又因螺纹是按直杆螺纹设置的,在进入材料内部时仅受到均匀的径向挤压力,而不象现有技术同时要受到径向和轴向的挤压力。同时在螺纹部分与光杆部分间有肩形凸出部分,可以使部分径向挤压力松驰,因此可以避免使材料产生胀裂。另外,设于螺钉头部的齿形螺旋凸起物可在螺钉转动攻入材料时起到扩孔作用,自动形成埋头孔。而本实用新型的锥角及螺纹牙型角均为30度,在拧动木螺钉攻入材料内部时会更为省力。
Claims (7)
1、木螺钉,由带有锥角的螺纹部分和螺钉头部构成,在螺钉头部有与工具搬拧配合的凹槽,其特征在于螺钉锥角为30度,其上的螺纹部分为直杆螺纹。
2、根据权利要求1所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺纹部分的锥角带有铣尾结构,铣尾的未端和螺纹相交部分与螺纹端部相切。
3、根据权利要求2所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺纹牙型角为30度。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺钉的螺纹部分与螺钉头间有一段不带有螺纹的光杆,在螺纹部分与光杆部分间设有一段滚花形成的肩形凸出部分。
5、根据权利要求4所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺钉头部为带有锥面的沉头结构,在沉头结构的颈部锥面上设有至少两条与螺钉轴线相倾斜的齿形螺旋状凸起物。
6、根据权利要求5所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺钉头部与工具搬拧配合的凹槽为内凹的方孔。
7、根据权利要求5所述的木螺钉,其特征在于螺钉头部与工具搬拧配合的凹槽为内凹的六方孔。
