本实用新型涉及一种72型五腔室三密封PVC型材。
(二)、背景技术
目前所使用的72型型材都是四腔室两密封，它密封、隔热、防水效果差。尽管如此，由于设备、模具和技术手段的限制，至今没能突破现有技术。
(三)、发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种五腔室三密封PVC型材，它不仅密封、隔热、防水效果好，而且结构布局合理，刚性好，强度高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：它包括平开框、框中挺和内开扇，所述的平开框的底端有支撑脚，中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔、左排水腔、加强型钢固定腔、右排水腔、右隔音腔，共五腔室，上部有可安装密封条的左密封室、中密封面和右密封室；所述的框中挺中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔、左排水腔、加强型钢固定腔、右排水腔、右隔音腔，共五腔室，上部有可安装密封条的左密封室、中密封面和右密封室，下部结构与上部对称；所述的内开扇中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔、左排水腔、加强型钢固定腔、右排水腔、右隔音腔，共五腔室，下部有可安装密封条的右密封室、中密封室和左密封面，上部有左、右密封室。
由于从技术上解决了五腔室三密封的结构，所以它不仅密封、隔热、防水效果好，而且结构布局合理，刚性好，强度高，是72型型材的换代产品。

本实用新型包括平开框1、框中挺10和内开扇27，如图1、2、3所示。所述的平开框1的底端有支撑脚，中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔2、左排水腔4、加强型钢固定腔5、右排水腔7、右隔音腔9，共五腔室。上部有可安装密封条的左密封室3、中密封面6和右密封室8。所述的框中挺10中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔11、左排水腔12、加强型钢固定腔14、右排水腔16、右隔音腔18，共五腔室。上部有可安装密封条的左密封室13、中密封面15和右密封室17。下部结构与上部对称。所述的内开扇27中部从左至右依次为左隔音腔19、左排水腔20、加强型钢固定腔21、右排水腔22、右隔音腔23，共五腔室。下部有可安装密封条的右密封室24、中密封室25和左密封面26。上部有左、右密封室。所述的平开框1、框中挺10和内开扇27的材料为PVC。
