发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有手指锻炼装置的不足之处，而提供一种实用、轻便的一种锻炼手指的健身装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的：一种锻炼手指的健身装置，它由五个指环和五个指环之间的弹性连接件组成，指环1分别与指环2、指环3、指环4、指环5连接；指环2与指环3，指环3与指环4，指环4与指环5再依次连接。弹性连接件6可用弹性橡皮或弹簧或其它弹性物质组成。
